Un lugar encantador!!! Lo que esperas encontrar en un viaje a La Provenza, en una casona típica de aquella hermosa zona, la anfitriona nos atendió de maravilla, el lugar muy limpio y las instalaciones muy completas, con muchos detalles encantadores. Ubicado prácticamente en el centro de ese tranquilo pueblo, con sus típicas tiendas y restaurantes a un paso. Repetiremos!!!

Beautiful, ancient rustic house with rooms every which way and thick walls. Very comfortable place to stay, with charming seating in several places in the courtyard. Françoise is a delightful host; she creates a very relaxed, homey environment, and is very informative. Her young cat Lily keeps watch on the courtyard, and is very entertaining and loveable.

There is a free public parking lot nearby. If you arrive on Saturday, as we did, it's a little challenging to find a spot. Market day on Friday would be as well, so on either of those days, late in the afternoon would be a good arrival time.

Speaking of the market day, Lourmarin's has supplanted L'Isle sur la Sorgue's as the best in our view, and we've been to quite a few. It's sprawling and varied, but not crowded. Lots of people, but ample room. If you're driving around Provence with Lourmarin as your temporary home, STAY HOME on Friday!

Beautiful village, great cafes and some very affordable eats, along with very friendly shopkeepers. All French villages have some charm, but Lourmarin has more than its share.

This is such a great appartment with a soul. A great way to see how they lived in the old days. Appartment is clean and big with kitchen. Parking is nearby and animals are welcome. Does not have AC, but thats not a big problem. Owner is super firendly and has a lot of information. We had a blast! :)
