Le choix de cet hébergement a été fondé sur la description éloquente et les avis favorables, mais quelle déception !|Une maison d’hôte plus qu’un hôtel dont le prix est exorbitant au regard des prestations, beaucoup plus cher qu’un hôtel luxe 5* et également plus cher en direct que par certaines plateformes.|D’autant plus cher que le prix comprend 2 petits déjeuners et aucun geste n’est concédé si l’on n’en prend qu’1. La qualité est moyenne même si la présentation est soignée et les œufs sont trop immangeables.|Le prétendu bassin de nage est plutôt une grande baignoire froide et à l’ombre|La chambre, certes spacieuse, n’avait pas de salle d’eau séparée et l’accès à la douche était très exiguë.|Une climatisation archaïque bruyante et très insuffisante au regard de la taille de la pièce.|Quelques objets de voyage savamment scénarisés pour une ambiance imitant un luxe passé. L’emplacement géographique est idéal et Frédéric est un hôte attentionné, Marie-Claude est totalement absente.|Le parking proposé s’avère assez incontournable mais là encore hors de prix (35€/jour) et même si le petit déjeuner pré-payé n’a pas été consommé.|Présentation de dupe pour une réalité surfaite et un rapport qualité prix totalement abusif.

This place is magical. Frederic is a delight. Yes, it is more like a B&B than a hotel chain, but that is its charm. The location is perfect. The rooms are unique, romantic and done to perfection. Breakfast in the courtyard was a treat. The artwork, from the 17th century entrance door to the courtyard to the bedrooms, is alone worth the visit. When we could not find our restaurant, Frederic walked us to it. Very special.

We had a 4 nights stay in this unique hotel. It was a special experience. Everything was different from a regular hotel. First, the owner Frederick, was so warm and caring, and helped us in every way. The place surrounds you with art, and originally decor. Breakfast is creative as well, but Frederick is very attentive to one's wishes. If you are getting there with a car, Frederick will help you with his own parking.

What an absolutely wonderful B&B. Every detail felt so thoughtfully curated — from the beautiful pieces of art throughout the property to the extremely comfortable rooms. The host was incredibly gracious and genuinely helpful, making the entire stay feel easy and welcoming.

Getting there by car can be a little tricky, but the host made sure everything with our vehicle was handled without any stress. The location is also fantastic — close to great shopping, bars, restaurants, and perfect for daytime trips to nearby towns.

I highly recommend staying here. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like you found a hidden gem.
