There are many, MANY, restaurants along the river here. I'm sure most of them are good. But I cannot imagine a better value than the 25 euro menu we had for lunch today at La Balade Des Saveurs. Pressed skate wing with squash and some kind of mint infusion for the entree, then chicken with ricotta and vegetables for the main course, and an excellent lemon tart for dessert. Reasonably priced bottle of rose'. 128 euro for 4 for the whole thing. You start looking around and you see entrees for 15, plats for 24, desserts for 10, and you realize this is a really good deal. Note: The menu is what it is, as at many French places, so make sure the dishes are all things you can eat. You can substitute from the regular menu, but that runs the price up.
