Absolutely fantastic meal—better than even the glowing reviews suggested.
We chose the Menu des Saveurs (45 €) and loved every bite. Generous portions, beautifully presented. We had the marinated salmon tartare with avocado cream (so fresh and well-balanced), then the steamed St Pierre with fennel confit and carrot-ginger purée—elegant and perfectly cooked. Finished with the apricot-thyme tart, which was both rustic and refined.
Great wine selection at fair prices. The staff and owner were all incredibly friendly and welcoming—service was warm without being intrusive. You can really tell they care about what they do.
Highly recommended if you want a true taste of Provence with a modern, thoughtful twist. Can’t wait to go back!
