Très bon, l'accueil est au top mais attention si vous avez des intolérances, nous avons demandé le plat expressément sans ail mais une fois rentrées, ma mère a compris qu'il y en avait dans le plat ... dommage

Le hasard nous a conduit à la trinquette, et il a vraiment bien fait les choses. Accueillis avec le sourire par la patronne, sympathique et très efficace malgré une arrivée tardive (22h00). Une jeune serveuse souriante dont l’envie de bien faire a compensé une certaine inexpérience s’est occupée de nous.
Attention, ici on cuisine, et vraiment bien. Les produits sont frais, les légumes gorgés de soleil, les assaisonnements d’une justesse qui fait regretter que le métier ne soit pas exercé plus souvent par des talents comme ceux de la Trinquette. Tout était délicieux: salade de poulpe, labneh aux légumes (tomates cerises rôties), aubergine aux tomates et courgettes, déclinaison de cochon (un plat remarquable, je craignais qu’il soit trop gras pour une soirée chaude de juillet, mais pas du tout!).
Une superbe soirée qui me donne l’envie d’écrire ces quelques lignes.
N’hésitez pas une seconde à franchir cette porte.
Nous y retournerons!

Tucked-away restaurant in Gordes with a small façade but very flavourful, inventive dishes. Gluten free options were easily available, with only one main course not gluten free. A choice of 3 gluten free desserts were also available. Food took slightly longer to arrive, but I suspect this is due to the care with which it was prepared.

Amazing food. We had the steak and it was fenomenal! You must eat here if you can. The staff was also very nice. Everything is amazing. The view was great even if we didn't have room upstairs but, if you can reserve there, that would be a bonus.

Ladies and gentlemen, young and old, go visit this place, the prices are reasonable but the food is amazing, there are only a couple of options for main courses, but there was some thought given to each of them, we tried them all and they were all superb!

Additionally the wines are a great addition, again for a super reasonable price(from 30€ on for bottle), we took the one in the picture and loved it and cant recomend it enough. We are already looking to visit the farmer of this masterpiece.

So on short, 5 stars for food, the table we got was a bit shaky but if you reserve it ahead you can get really picturesque views.

A weird experience. Warm welcome and sit down. Starters (terrine) a bit bland and under seasoned

Mains (chicken and swordfish) were very good, tasty and well cooked. Dessert was very unpleasant. Flan aux pommes - dry, tasteless and could barely tell it was apple related.

Service, even on a quiet evening, was very slow. Not enough staff, too many covers and wrong timings - everyone sits at 7 or 9 ….

Unhöflich hat man uns gebeten vom bereits angebotenen Tisch wieder aufzustehen und Platz zu machen für andere Gäste die sich gerade die Karte angeschaut haben. Als wir aufgestanden sind und weitergezogen sind, haben sich die anderen auch nicht hingesetzt und sind weitergezogen. Ziemlich unprofessionell und unhöflich

We always enjoy ourselves at la Trinquette. The menu is creative, the food is excellent. The owners and staff are efficient and extremely friendly. The outside tables provides a wonder view of the valley. I highly recommend a visit to this lovely restaurant in Gordes.

Delicious meal and wonderful experience at La Trinquette. Friendly service with a great view. We were lucky to get in as some were turned away so highly recommend reservations.
