Nu pot sa dau o nota camerelor deoarece am avut neplăcerea de a constata ca rezervarea confirmata și achitata pe booking a fost ignorata total de către proprietari. Am rămas seara, după ore de călătorie obositoare, 7 persoane fără cazare. Nu recomand aceasta locație, mai ales ca din exterior,cel puțin,nu promite prea mult. Din fericire booking-ul a rezolvat problema noastra

Am rezervat pe booking trei camere in aceasta locatie dar in ziua in care trebuia sa ajungem acolo si sa ne cazam proprietarii ne-au spus ca nu mai au camere libere si ca nu-i intereseaza cum ne descurcam. Afacerea e una de familie administrata de doi oameni in varsta care nu cunosc alta limba decat franceza. La telefon nu ne-am putut intelege cu ei pentru ca ne-au inchis telefonul de cateva ori, desi le platisem in urma cu cateva saptamani cazarea prin intermediul booking.com. La fata locului am constatat ca cei doi batrani nu stiu sa foloseasca platforma booking pentru a verifica rezervarile si ca nu-i intereseaza absolut deloc ca au inchiriat aceleasi camere de mai multe ori. Cu ajutorul booking.com am rezolvat problema si poate a fost mai bine asa pentru ca hotelul pe dinafara parea infect si intr-o stare deplorabila. Cautati orice alta cazare in zona si stati departe de doua persoane lipsite de cel mai elementar bun simt.

The only time in my life that a reservation from booking.com was a scam. We had booked 3 rooms and were coming from very far away. I tried to call the hotel to see if we could extend our check-in period, and the rude lady that I spoke on the phone with didn't know any english, not even a single word. On top of that, she also hung up on me when I was trying to comunicate with her. Thus, we couldn't see all that we wanted to see because we had to be there for the check-in, and when we arrived we also had the surprise of not having any rooms. The 2 owners were very rude and simply told us they had no room for us (still not speaking any english). When they found out we are Romanian, they grimaced and didn't care about us anymore. Worst hotel ever.

(tldr: reservations cancelled without announcement, lucky outcome because the place looked like a pigsty)
imagine this: you are on vacation and call this so-called hotel to check if the reservations are in order and they say they can't fjnd them. you go to the hotel only to find out that the lovely owners of the establishment have cancelled your reservation and couldn't honestly care less about where you were going to stay the night and they were rude and dissmisive on top of that.
from the outside, the place looked absolutely horrid and like it hadn't been cleaned in ages,, i don't even want to imagine what the inside looked like..
