Pas de problème mais il faudrait mettre des éclairage dans les escaliers extérieurs pas adapté au handicapés

Very nice boutique hotel. We stayed in room 6, spread across three levels. There are two flights of stairs inside the room with the bathroom on the lowest floor and bedroom on the highest. This made going to the bathroom a little difficult at night (after a few wines) but it’s manageable. The room has a private rooftop terrace with beautiful views out to the Rhône. The king bed is comfortable and the A/C is very powerful.

The staff here are very lovely and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfasts and the hotel’s two restaurants and wine tasting room next door. Plus, having free parking across the street from the hotel was very convenient.

Châteauneuf-du-Pape is a very small and quiet town, a lot quieter than we expected. So don’t expect shops and restaurants to stay open late. But it’s very charming nevertheless.

L’hôtel est vraiment très beau, décoré avec soin, propre. Le spa est très agréable.
Et en plus de ça le personnel est aux petits soins, serviable, agréable, disponible, ca donne réellement envie de revenir. Bravo pour ça.
Une belle mention également pour le restaurant étoilé où nous avons été très bien reçu et où le repas était parfait.

Situated on two separate locations in the middle of the town. Rooms are very tastefully decorated and with all the amenities you need. Very airy and perfectly cleaned. The service is impeccable, they will need you up at the parking if you arrive by car and guide you to your room. All the staff, including those of the wine shop and the brasserie, are very service oriented and very friendly. All in all a five star experience that meets even the highest expectations. We will definitely be back
