Had the most wonderful stay here at La Mere Germaine. Staff was lovely and helpful. Rooms were luxurious, clean, and spacious. The attention to detail in the build and decor were evident — everything was very high quality. Spa and steam room were also beautiful and well worth the visit. Hope to be back!

The rooms were really nice. I had the junior suite, but it was more like a large room as there was a seating area but not a separate living area. The service is pretty bad, though. The short lady staff at the hotel was completely inept and didn't know what she was doing. They also didn't have toothbrush and toothpaste, which is wild, considering the hotel was EUR 350 a night.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L’établissement est très agréable, calme et d’un grand confort. Le cadre respire le luxe tout en restant chaleureux et accueillant. Chaque détail est soigné, le personnel est attentionné, et on s’y sent vraiment bien. Un grand merci à M. Roussel pour la qualité de l’accueil et du service. Je recommande vivement !

Absolutely perfect place for a quiet countryside getaway. The rooms were impeccable, with such beautiful design details. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the view from our balcony was spectacular.

Hôtel situé dans le bourg de châteauneuf du pape, je pense que j’aurais pu mettre 5 en été. Cet hôtel est constitué de 2 hôtels situés l’un de l’autre à 100 m, avec deux accueils, mais une seule personne pour l’accueil qui laisse son téléphone au comptoir, j’ai attendu 10 mn, le restaurant est fermé, il faut aller à Orange pour trouver un resto, 20 mn. L’hôtel n’a pas d’ascenseur, la cage d’escalier est petite, c’était assez sportif. Les chambres sont grandes, bien décorées et calmes.
