I was profoundly dissatisfied with the service at this restaurant. The apparent apathy of the waitstaff, which resulted in a 20-minute delay for menus, was just the beginning of a series of service failures. Even more troubling was the incorrect billing; despite assurances to the contrary, we were charged à la carte prices instead of the shared set menu pricing we were quoted. This discrepancy not only reflects poorly on the restaurant's service standards but also suggests a disconcerting lack of transparency.

The service at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The staff exhibited a remarkable lack of concern, failing to provide menus for an unacceptable duration of 20 minutes. Compounding the issue, we were unexpectedly charged for individual items rather than the set menu we were promised could be shared. This misinformation and overall poor service greatly detracted from our group dining experience and left us feeling deceived.

Regrettably, my experience at this restaurant was deeply unsatisfactory. Service was deplorable; both waiter and waitress dismissed our presence, leaving us unattended for 20 long minutes before we could so much as glance at a menu. Adding insult to injury, we were incorrectly charged a la carte prices after being assured by the staff that sharing a set menu would be permissible. Such negligence and misleading information reflect poorly on the restaurant and tarnish its reputation for fine dining.

Absolutely terrible service. Took 20 mins for our MENU to arrive, staff was rude when we asked for the menu. Service continued to be terrible throughout with the female waitress being rude whenever we needed service. We dined as a group and tried pretty much all the items on the menu, only the starter of the day was a standout, everything else was subpar. Desserts were good but not good enough to justify the rude service. To top things off when we ordered we were told the set of the day offer was applicable for our order but alas when the bill arrived this was not the case. They claimed it wouldn’t apply because we shared bites for some of the dishes. This exception was not flagged when we were ordering. We were essentially misled into ordering more thinking it would be part of the set discount. To conclude, avoid this place

Would not recommend for tourists at all. Food was very average. Nice views but service was very bad. We waited very long for the menu, food and drinks. Had to keep reminding the waiters at least twice, and they just brushed us off. Also ended up overcharging us a la carte prices instead of the set menu, no communication and very unfriendly when we asked. (A few other reviews here have made the same comment on the service and pricing.) Overall an unpleasant experience.
