我们最喜欢的是雨果-洛里丹-丰博纳（Hugo Loridan Fombonne），他是莱辛罗什餐厅（Les Fines Roches）的厨房负责人，在2018年之前一直担任该餐厅的二把手。如果您是小牛甜面包的爱好者，那么他的招牌菜就非常值得一试。小牛甜面包是按季节烹制的，用红葡萄酒煨熟，配以普罗旺斯洋蓟。您可以坐在餐厅里，夏天也可以坐在城堡的露台上，一边品尝美食，一边欣赏庄园葡萄园的美景。午餐时间提供自助餐，晚上提供美食。

Formidable, l endroit magnifique le personnel bienveillant cuisine de grande qualité les chambres superbes tous les ingrédients réunis pour passer un excellent séjour.

This is a lovely hotel that oozes charm and character. It is ideal in summer when alfresco dining is possible, but I am not sure there are enough indoor public areas of sufficient quality to make this a destination for the colder months. Food is of a good standard, without being outstanding. Views to the Rhone are outstanding and the rooms are comfortable and well decorated. Recommended.
