J'ai réservé cet hôtel en juin dernier pour être proche du séminaire auquel je participais. A mon arrivée le gérant m'a fait prépayer les deux nuits de mon séjour. J'avais réservé la "family room", dernière chambre disponible. C'est une nouvelle chambre récemment créée au RDC qui a été joliment aménagée mais à mon avis ce n'est pas une pièce destinée à être transformée en chambre. Il n'y a pas d'aération, la seule porte fenêtre au fond donne sur une cour non aménagée, bruyante avec tous les climatiseurs de l'hôtel sur les murs, il y avait une forte odeur d'humidité et probablement d'évacuation. J'ai indiqué au gérant que je ne pouvais pas passer deux nuits dans cette pièce, je lui ai proposé que même si je ne dormais pas la première nuit qu'il conserve mon paiement mais qu'il me rembourse la deuxième nuit ce qu'il a refusé. Je trouve ça inadmissible. Grande déception.

Great location when being in Avignon. The hotel could need some touch up’s where it feels a bit dated, which goes both for the rooms and the general areas. The service is outstanding though, the owner is extremely helpful, service-minded and makes you feel at home. Overall a great stay!

Great boutique hotel in the centre of Avignon. I only stayed one night due to my itinerary but I will definitely return on my next visit to Avignon. The room had everything I needed, a very comfortable bed and a welcome host

A very good location, quiet, but convenient. Room is small, lacking wall hooks (my pet peeve), and had flimsy paper cups in the bathroom, but a comfortable bed and quite helpful staff. Furnishings are cheap and bedside reading lights were pretty bad. Breakfast is ok by French standards. No coffee, kettle or refrigerator in the room. Still, it worked for us for the price. If you drive be sure to take advantage of the paid parking offer as local street parking is a tough thing. Call and ask staff how to access the hotel for baggage drop as the street is blocked by an automatic bollard.

Excellent boutique hotel in the heart of Avignon!
My family stayed here during the Festival d'Avignon, and it was so nice to be in a prime location. I studied abroad in Avignon and know the city well, so I was thrilled to be in such a fantastic location.
Frederic is a friendly and helpful host, and the rooms were very clean and had lots of boutique charm. We needed two rooms to fit our family and we liked how each room had its own unique decor.
Finally, my two daughters loved visiting with Frederic's cats whenever they were sunbathing in the lobby. They are very friendly and helped ease their homesickness for our own cats back in the States.
If you're looking for great service and an authentic Avignon experience stay here!

Very nice hotel with excellent service and friendly staff. They accommodated my special needs while traveling with a bicycle, and they ensured everything went smoothly with my stay. They genuinely cared about my journey and went above and beyond by helping me with something I forgot. Would highly recommend!

This is a very good place to stay. Perfectly located a few minutes walk from the railway station and easy to find, it’s close to all the main sights, restaurants etc of central Avignon. The owner is welcoming and so helpful. He illustrated a map with a very clear plan for how we should spend a very short time in the city and it proved perfect. Yes, you may have to lug your cases up a few flights of stairs but our room was clean with an excellent spacious bathroom. Breakfast was modest but fine.

We had the superior double room. Spacious with places for luggage and other items. Good lighting. Large, well-appointed bathroom. Nice desk and chair. Comfortable bed. Small patio with small table and two chairs. Room advertised nice view of small garden but it didn’t materialize. Steep stairs and narrow passages. Undistinguished breakfast for a modest fee. Reception 4:00pm-8:00pm only.

Petit hôtel au calme dans une petite rue et pourtant en plein centre, proche de la gare aussi. Un accueil excellent des conseils avisés sur les restaurants et autres... literie impeccable, chambre correcte peut-être un petit bémol pour la salle de bain à rafraîchir. Nous avons dormi une nuit et nous sommes ravis de notre expérience merc ???? à refaire

Posizione super per questo hotel. Hai tutto a portata di "piedi". L'unico neo con l'auto è che la posizione del hotel è in ZTL! Il titolare è molto gentile e prodigo di consigli.

Sehr gut gelegen innerhalb der Stadtmauer und damit alles in Laufnähe sehr gut erreichbar. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Betreuung. Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 3 Personen, dass sehr sauber und angenehm war. Das Haus ist lediglich etwas hellhörig. Ansonsten klare Empfehlung, sehr gutes Preis-Leistung Verhältnis!

Stopped here for two nights as I toured the area. Hotel was inexpensive but the room was a little small and didn't feel that clean. The manager let me keep my luggage while I was walking around before I went on my train. Location is slightly further than some other options but still good enough to the sights in the city. Room got a little loud during the evenings since there's a bar next door.

Lovely hotel in a back street of Avignon within walking distance of the railway station. If you have mobility issues this may not be the hotel for you as there is no lift and the stairs are quite narrow. Room we stayed in was large for two of us sharing a twin room. Yes everything is basic but its not a five star hotel. Staff are friendly and were able to recommend things to do and places to visit. Breakfast was filling set in a lovely room. If you're looking for somewhere clean, basic and friendly I'd recommend this hotel.

Great location, great host, great sleep too! |We had a lovely room and maps to the |City and all the information provided by the host were very welcome. You can have breakfast there or at any of the cafés nearby. |Such a quiet location but near to everything.|We'll be back.

Worst hotel of trip.| 3 stars...Very good...Excellent...do not believe any of that. Maybe 20 years ago. More like one star!|No elevator. No toilet paper holder. screws sticking up from floor in several places, and shelf in shower with paint pealing and rusted edge along edge closest to where person would stand. Buyer Beware!

Ce petit hôtel est hyper bien situé dans Avignon. Les chambres sont efficaces et confortable. Salle de bain un peu petite mais pour un court séjour ce n est absolument pas un probleme.|Le propriétaire nous a très bien acceuilli et super bien conseillé. Il est toujours dispo pour des bons plans.|Si vs cherchez un hôtel agréable pour visiter la ville, celui ci sera parfait !

Dieses zauberhafte Hotel liegt in der Altstadt von Avignon. Wenn man nicht absoluten Luxus erwartet, kann man es sich hier richtig gut gehen lassen. Neben einem herzlichen Empfang durch den Eigentümer, wurden wir noch von zwei Stubentigern begrüßt. Im Frühstücksraum sind jede Menge verspielte Details zu entdecken.

The rooms are really nice if you plan to stay not many days. The location is perfect! The staff is really nice and friendly, we could communicate with a mixture of french, spanish, english and catalán. Also, breakfast is really tasty and cheap!

Not a luxury hotel but very clean, warm, friendly, comfortable. Easy to find, close to train station within old city walls. Bathroom was tiny but functional. If you want to arrive mid day notify in advance or you may not get in the front door. Overall pleasant experience.

The room had air conditioning, which was a life saver.
The location is extremely convenient - very close to the metro station and very close to a main street in Avignon.
The staff were helpful and the hotel's 3 cats were delightful.
