Terrible! The room was TINY, had no water for the boiler so I took one from the minibar and they charged me 8€ for a small water bottle! Moreover, the sheets were dirty when we checked in. I definitely recommend not going to this hotel.

First of all, we would like to thank you for choosing our hotel for your stay and for taking the time to share your comments with us. Your opinion is essential for us to constantly improve our services.
We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our great location and breakfast. However, we are very sorry that your experience with us did not live up to your expectations.
We sincerely regret the problems you encountered with the size of the room, the supply of hot water and the charge for bottled water. Your comfort is our priority and we take your concerns very seriously. You should know that we offer twelve different room categories, of varying sizes. Surely a Junior Suite would have better suited your needs?
After investigation, we haven't had any problems with the boiler recently... or any reports from other guests. As for the charge of €4 for the two bottles of water you used from the minibar, it seems justified. We have 2 water fountains and an ice machine available free of charge in the hotel.
As for the dirty sheets, we are extremely sorry for this inconvenience. Clearly this does not meet our standards of cleanliness and excellence. Your comments will be shared with our cleaning team to ensure that such incidents are avoided in the future.
We want to restore your confidence in our establishment. Should you decide to give us another chance in the future, we would be honoured to welcome you back and provide you with a much more satisfying experience.

L'albergo non è male ma abbiamo avuto una brutta esperienza col personale
Al check in ci hanno detto che la colazione non era inclusa ed al check out, per caso, hanno detto che era stata pagata ( tramite agenzia)! Ovviamente si tutelano con cauzioni o carte di credito ma se sbagliano loro non si può fare niente.
