Pauvre hôtesse d'accueil, obligé de nous recevoir debout, son ordinateur dans les bras. Une seule clé dans l'enveloppe. La douche bouchée (intervention rapide mais pas de rangement en partant).

J'ai séjourné 2 nuits pour un déplacement professionnel.
Excellente litterie, les chambres sont spacieuses avec pour certaines un petit balcon.
Je recommande le restaurant de l'hôtel.

Tolle Lage mit Parking. Sehr gutes Fruehstueck in schönem Raum. Leider sehr kleines Zimmer und schlechter Geruch im Badezimmer.

Alles wirklich nett. Nur das Parken war mit unserem VW Bus nicht möglich ( nur bis 1,90 m). Wir haben dann kostenfrei auf dem anderen Ufer der Rhone geparkt ( mit Shuttlebus). Zimmer waren groß sind das Personal außergewöhnlich freundlich. Die Bar ist prima.

Het hotel is centraal gelegen nabij "Le pont d'Avignon, wat het zeer gemakkelijk maakte om alles te voet te doen. Het hotel beantwoordde volledig aan onze wensen, wat het ontbijt betrof, kamer, service, enz...

Solo la posizione merita la scelta. Per tutto il resto è un hotel al di sotto della categoria. Corridoi che sembrano quelli dei traghetti. Moquette sporche, sia nei corridoi che nelle camere (123 e 129). Materiali di pulizie abbandonati nei corridoi. Camere piccole e dozzinali. Nelle camere odore di fumo (anche se per non fumatori) o di chiuso. Reception inesistente ( però il personale è molto cordiale). Il bagno è un buco. Finestre che si affacciano su vicoli pieni di sporcizia. Buona la colazione. Per un soggiorno ad Avignone suggerisco ci cercare alternative ( e c'è ne sono!!!!l ) ma il mercure Pont d'Avignon è sconsigliato. Anche il parcheggio è comodo ma carico e scarico bagagli comporta uso di scale.

El hotel necesita alguna mejora y actualización. El desayuno es muy bueno y el trato por parte del personal excelente

The place is inside the walled City closed to Pont d Avignon. There are lots of restaurants within the area, soap store and many gift shops. Our stay was pleasant except for the male receptionist who made a mistake/rude.
But in fairness to the Front Office Manager Ms.Alina Kolesnikov she is VERY good ???? , attentive and she was able to hear us out and explain and had to ensure that the stay was
pleasant. She definitely deserved her position :-)
However, I could have give 5 star if there are easy way to roll your luggage.

交通還算方便，出租車可以直接進停車場，搭電梯直接到大堂，有些樓梯，對推車不友好。離教皇宮很近，步行3-4分鐘。早餐出品不錯，鮮榨橙汁很贊，可以自帶水杯打包，不過最好1-2小時喝完。房間比較小，沒什麼景觀。開窗會有點吵。服務還算OK，如果給小費，會很開心????

房間裏沒有瓶裝水，也沒有一次性拖鞋，本來沒覺得什麼，但是退房的時候看到布草是有拖鞋的，讓我覺得不舒服。也許衹是個工作失誤，誰知道呢？如果你要停車，或者有行李搬運，確實得慎重，停車樓和酒店並不好找，中世紀的磚塊路面，行李箱寸步難行。

Excellent location. Direct access to the garage. Hotel a bit old. Air conditioner not working well. Stopped at 20degree but room feels like 26degree. Don’t open the window as lots of mosquitoes around.

這家酒店位於城牆步行區內，但可作為從主要道路進入停車場的入口駕車前往。非常靠近所有主要的旅遊景點。床很舒服，淋浴水壓也不錯。早餐很好，有各種各樣的冷熱食物可供選擇。
