Good sized room close to town centre but let down by unsmilling staff, adequate breakfast, poor signage into hotel and car park, crampt parking spaces show gel container in room was empty. Shame as not upto usual Novotel standards

It was nice. Suite lovely but there were 3 adults and only two dressing gowns and two slippers. I did mention to Reception on leaving as it´s something for you to monitor. Also, there was No soap in the Toilet area. Again, mentioned this on leaving. I´m not one to complain, but I do like to mention what is not right. Apart from that, most of the staff friendly, one wasn´t, and food and drink fine for what we ordered.

Our room had a power trip after using the hotel's kettle. The staff named Marcielle (or something similar - this male) was so extremely rude. He came in and started interrogating us "did you use your machine?" without any apology or greetings. Then he proceeded to throw us dirty look as if we tripped the room because we used the hotel's kettle.

Someone should give this guy some basic training on manners.
