Absolute garbage service. Our flights into the country were delayed. They “kindly” reminded us on our train ride to the city we missed check in and could no longer stay the night.||Worst service ever!!!! Book at your own risk. Should put zero stars as we have no place to stay for the night. And have to search around the city on a late rainy night.

Absolutely amazing stay and service. 5 out of 5 stars (more like 10 out of 5 stars). If you are visiting Avignon, look no further for accommodation and book now.

The hosts are extremely kind and gracious. After an absolutely disastrous night at a nearby hotel, we were frantically searching for a new place to stay in Avignon for two nights. Seeing No15 and it’s great reviews, we booked online at 8:45am and showed up minutes later looking tired and disheveled, just hoping that we might be able to store our bags for the day so we could continue with our planned itinerary. Jean Luc welcome us, allowed us into our room, and offered us breakfast, even though we had just booked, showed up 15 minutes later with zero notice, and hadn’t stayed the prior night. This type of above and beyond hospitality really is amazing and can be hard to find.

Rooms are spacious, well decorated and appointed, with modern bathrooms. The soaking tub was amazing after a long day of walking and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast each morning was great, including pastries, fruit, yogurt, an egg dish, coffee, and orange juice. The location is convenient to everything in Avignon in a quiet, safe neighborhood. My only regret is that we didn’t have an opportunity to use the pool (and also that we wasted our money on a dishonest hotel and lost out on a night here!).

You really can’t go wrong booking here - it’s an amazing deal for the service and room provided. I will recommend this place to everyone visiting Avignon! Thank you for an amazing stay!
