Maison Velvet is a beautiful historical home in a quiet neighborhood inside the walls of the old city. Our room was spacious with a wonderful bed, gorgeous bathroom, and a sitting area right outside our door. Our friendly hostess, Maya, prepared an amazing breakfast every morning and helped us with planning for our day with maps, directions, suggestions, good places to eat, etc. This was my favorite stay in France!

????: The room size and furnishings were very nice. Breakfast was simple and a bit late, but when we requested other things and an earlier time, it was provided. Maya is a delightful person and was always ready to assist us..
????: We missed having a mini-fridge nearby and the possibility to make coffee and tea ourselves. There was a small sitting room, very charming, that could have been used for this purpose. Would have been perfect. Also, the neighborhood is not great, but it is not far to walk into the city center. The house itself is very nice..
