Horriblement cher et plats insipides

I am of the opinion that honest feedback is required in order to effect change.
We are an Indian- English physician doctor couple in our late 50s / early 60s that have traveled the world and been to at least 200 Michelin star restaurants and over 500 Michelin mentioned /Bib gourmand establishments. I am sorry to inform you this is by far, the worst experience that we’ve ever had. After we were seated it took 30 minutes before I asked who was our server. We waited another 45 minutes for sparkling water in 94° heat. We had ordered water and cocktails and the waiter said that the bar was too busy for providing us with sparkling water or cocktails but wanted us to order food and wine before we even received water and cocktails. The service was terrible. The cuisine was definitely not high-quality cooking. The presentation or the flavors were not that I would expect of a Michelin mentioned restaurant.
I waited in line at the front desk ( not at our table) to pay as instructed by our waiter. Another gentleman was taken ahead of me who happened to be Caucasian and I happen to be Indian of English upbringing. The Caucasian was allowed to pay his bill first while I waited.
I reminded the host and this person that I was in line before them. I was asked sarcastically “oh you must be a Nobel laureate?” The whole experience was so unenjoyable.
I’ll be writing to Michelin as well to inform them that many things need to be corrected for this establishment for the designation to be even Michelin mentioned.
I hope this provides constructive feedback to the establishment.

Only seating is OUTSIDE even in hot summer. Bring mosquito repellent (or ask for some at the host stand).
Service and atmosphere get a 5/5 for sure, however, the food was... Good but not on par with the 5/5 rating of the other two components. The tomato salad was extremely bland as if someone just diced tomatoes and poured olive oil over them. The desserts were quite unassuming, especially for a national cuisine that specializes in desserts...
As most mention - the ambiance at sunset with the dj is very magical.

Expérience décevante... La carte propose 3 menus dans lesquelles il n'est pas proposé d'autres viandes que le porc.... Sinon il faut prendre une côte de bœuf pour 2 personnes !
Il ne nous a pas été mentionné au préalable que nous n'avions qu'1h30 pour dîner !!
La qualité des plats est en dessous de nos espérances... J'ai choisi le menu à 39€, le plat principal (perle de blé tomate) était fade, mon compagnon a pris le menu un peu plus cher, avec le poulpe, et c'était fade également...
Venir dans cet établissement est pour le lieu mais n'est pas du tout une bonne adresse pour manger...
Les serveuses étaient gentilles et agréables
