The receptionist completely ignored me and did not seem to realize that she was employed in the tourist business. She had an air of indifference and arrogance about her which indicates that she had not been properly trained by her superiors. Also, when you book via Booking be aware that you will be given the worst rooms all the way up under the roof. Apart from the position I have nothing good to say about this hotel. Also, getting out of the parking lot was a joke: impossible to find where to press and nothing had been done to help the customers. I wish I had stayed somewhere else. The price of the room was charged to my credit card the moment I made the reservation - several weeks before we arrived. But still, the first thing we were asked was to give them a credit card for "extras" and if we broke anything. What kind of signal is that to send to your customers? OK, if you are tired of tourists, then find another business.

Regarding the pre-charge on your credit card, we would like to clarify that we require a credit card upon arrival from all our guests as a standard procedure. The initial charge was processed in accordance with our terms and conditions, which include a prepayment policy due to the non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-modifiable nature of your reservation. We understand that this may have caused confusion, and we apologize for any inconvenience. You have chosen this prepayment option on Booking.com
As for the request for your credit card at check-in for "extras" and any potential damages, this is a standard industry practice to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all guests during their stay. We appreciate your understanding of this procedure, as it allows us to maintain the quality of our accommodations and services.
Regarding your comments about room allocation, we regret that you were not entirely satisfied with the room assigned to you. We always strive to accommodate our guests' preferences to the best of our ability, and we apologize if we fell short in your case.
Concerning the parking situation, we simply have an intercom to enter and a central island directed directly to the exit with a button to push to open the gate. We are sorry if this was complicated for you.
