Experienced it once, would not go back. Ordered the Full Meal ( 7 courses) - some better than others. Wish we had dined on a different evening when the main course was not pigeon - none of us blown away by it - chewy & undercooked for our taste. Asparagus & Crab appetizer was delicious, as was the Sea Bass course. Cheese selections ( made by Chef Guilhem) were perfect, especially with the lavender honey. Basil Mousse on dessert plate was unusual but very tasty. Overall, I wish I had opted for a smaller menu on another evening. Service was attentive and not intrusive. For 200+€ dinner ( including wine), I was underwhelmed.

Seit langen Jahren besuchen wir entweder zu zweit oder mit Familie oder Freunden zusammen diesen besonderen Platz um sich verwöhnen zu lassen. The food was just stunning and beautiful and they have a great selection of wine. We could see how commited both Guilhem and Corinne are to the restaurant - It was very nice and impressive to hear how Guilhem spends his day off for the restaurant and the customers. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Sevin. Thanks so much!
