First of all, our drink orders took forever. Given that it was a busy dinner time we were pretty patient but our drinks came out really late. And the food! We ordered a medium steak and it was so chewy that we couldn’t finish and my jaws were hurting from so much workout. Service was not good and the food was bad.

We used to love this restaurant. But I’m sorry to report a disappointing meal this week. Service has lost its charm - worse, there were mistakes, and some grumpiness. The octopus was delicious. The meat of the day - entrecôte - was just not good enough - tasteless and too tough. Green vegetables were overcooked. Well, I hope it was just a bad night - it’s still the same chef, so perhaps the food will return to form. All the front of house staff are new and they have some work to do. Good atmosphere, just diners chatting (no musak ????).

Went on a Wednesday night after a long day of exploring the Pope’s Palace. They were acclimating to where we wanted to sit, patient, and spoke English. We ordered the fish of the day which happened to be tuna and it was very yummy as well as the sides which were green salad, mashed potatoes, and vegetables. Then for dessert we ordered the tiramisu and it was fantastic. A very kind lady who we later found out was the owner of the restaurant, was extremely attentive and made us feel welcome. We are very happy we ate here and would come back again. Also, I have a nut allergy which they managed well.

On m’avait vendu du rêve avec ce restaurant… mais quelle déception.
Arrivés à 20h35, nous n’avons été servis qu’à 21h20
Et pourtant, la salle était vide — seule la terrasse était pleine.
Nous avons attendu 1h30 pour une seule entrée et deux plats, dans un restaurant loin d’être complet.
On nous a directement apporté les plats, sans même passer par les entrées.
L’attente a été interminable, et la table arrivée après nous a été servie avant.
Un service clairement désorganisé.
Je tiens néanmoins à souligner que les serveurs faisaient de leur mieux pour répondre aux demandes, mais ils étaient manifestement débordés.
Bref, une expérience très loin de ce qu’on nous avait promis.
Je ne recommande absolument pas
