PIZZERIA GAETANO

Assez choqué par le service. Nous avions réservé pour 15 personnes. Quand le garçon est venu prendre nos commandes il nous annonce qu'il ne prendrait que 6 plats et que le reste dev
ra être des pizzas. La raison évoquée est qu'ils ne sont pas assez nombreux en cuisine.
Je ne parlerai même pas de la commande des desserts pour laquelle les glaces commandées ont été annulées car il faisait trop chaud

Excellent, pizza généreuse, ambiance incroyable, serveur très sympa, carafe resservie avec glaçons sans avoir besoin de redemander. Parfait

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce restaurant ! Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été chaleureux et le personnel super sympa. L’ambiance est vraiment agréable, avec une atmosphère cosy et conviviale.

Quant à la nourriture, c’était une vraie découverte ! Les plats sont délicieux, bien présentés, et les produits sont frais et de bonne qualité. Les pizzas sont justes excellentes.

Un grand merci au personnel qui a vraiment contribué à rendre ce moment encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant et j’y reviendrai sans hésiter. J’ai appris qu’ils avaient un autre établissement Gaetano sur la plage de l’almanarre à HYERES, à découvrir très vite.

On mange très bien ! Le personnel est attentionné, réactif et vraiment adorable. On n’a même pas eu besoin de demander, tout était anticipé : carafe d’eau fraîche, service impeccable.

Nous avons commandé deux bouteilles de vin : chacune a été servie avec des glaçons, dans un seau réfrigéré, avec tout le soin qu’on attend d’un vrai service pro. L’ambiance est chaleureuse, détendue, et on s’y sent bien. Bref, une expérience parfaite du début à la fin.

Merci à toute l’équipe ! On reviendra avec plaisir, et je recommande à 100 %.

An unforgettable experience — from a non-pizza lover!

I have to admit — I’m not a big fan of pizza. I never really understood the hype and usually skip it altogether when dining out. It’s just never been my thing.

But that evening, my friends and I were extremely hungry, and we kept noticing how this pizzeria is always full. No matter the time of day, it’s packed — they take up more than half the street and still don’t have a single free table. So we finally decided to give it a try.

And… I’m so glad we did.

First of all, the service was absolutely outstanding. We were seated at the very last table, kind of out of the way, and honestly didn’t expect much attention. But the staff proved us wrong. Despite being clearly overworked and sweating under the pressure of a full house, the waiters were kind, attentive, and even managed to keep a sense of humor. They regularly came to our table with water, checked in with us, and made sure we had everything we needed.

We ordered two medium pizzas to share among three people — and that was more than enough to fill us up. What really impressed us was the attention to detail: they had already cut the pizzas and evenly split them into individual portions for each of us. It made the experience so much easier and more comfortable.

Any time we raised a hand or needed something, someone was there immediately — always friendly, always efficient.

And now… back to the pizza.
To my own surprise, this was the first time I truly understood the fuss about pizza. It was incredibly well made — fresh, flavorful, perfectly balanced. I finally get it now. When pizza is done right, it’s actually amazing.

I honestly don’t understand why this place doesn’t have a full 5-star rating — they deserve 10 stars.
