So, so, so disappointed in our room at the Belle Aurore. We had stayed there the previous year and had waited all year to go again for the amazing sea views from our room. When I booked I asked for the same room or something similar. Instead we were given a room with only sea views if you went up three terrible steps onto, I must admit, a lovely balcony. I could not manage the steep steps. There was no sea view from the small bedroom with certainly no "so called" bathroom. The only thing going for this hotel is the sea views and the expensive restaurant but our very expensive bedroom was awful.

Hôtel très vieillissant, a besoin d’une rénovation complète et totale. Par ailleurs, nombre de prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 4 étoiles: pas de plateau de courtoisie, TV ..... Au niveau de la maintenance, la lunette des WC n’était pas bien fixée. Le petit-déjeuner, ça ne vaut pas 20 euros.... œufs brouillés...en supplément...
Nous ne reviendrons pas juste pour un emplacement et une vue idéale....

The room was great. And most of the staff was kind and friendly. Unfortunately we had to leave at 6:45 which when we went to check out the man at the front desk told we we were not allowed to check out till we pay and he was not able to take our money. I wrote a note saying I will pay online and he said that’s not an option. We had an Uber waiting to take us to the airport and we almost missed our flight because they didn’t let us leave. When I said I was going to leave he said he was going to CALL THE POLICE on us for not paying. Even though we said we would pay now, or pay online. We did everything we could to pay and leave but he had to call his boss. Absolutely garbage policy, it really ruined the whole experience. They need to make it so you can pay the full amount online or put someone at the front that lets you pay. This is the closest I’ve ever felt to being kidnapped since I was unable to leave on my own free will.

Das hotel ist so schlecht gedämmt, man hört alles, jeder Schritt im Nachbarzimmer oderim Flur.
Die Zimmer sind so klein, man kann sich kaum bewegen, das Bett ist viel zu klein für zwei Leute...
In der letzten Nacht, hatten wir sogar eine Kakerlake im Zimmer, das spricht nicht für große Hygiene, ich habe es dem Nachtdienst gemeldet und das Hotel hat sich bis Heute noch nicht bei mir gemeldet oder sich entschuldigt.
