Looked like a great place walking by. Can’t speak to the food but unfortunately they cancelled our reservation about 2 hours before we were scheduled to be there. Ensure you have a back up reservation elsewhere in the instance they cannot manage their books.

An amazing dinner experience! The food was delicious, the octopus, beef steak, tuna tartare and fish of the day were all very tasty, along with the sides too (i recommend mashed potatoes on the side- it was tasty) and we got all of it surprisingly quickly. The blonde server worked really hard, she was super professional and also spoke English. On top of everything, the atmosphere was charming! The place gets pretty crowded in the evening, so keep that in mind.

A very lovely boho-chic restaurant in the old town of Sainte Maxime. The food is excellent and prepared with great attention to detail. It's somewhat secluded from the hustle and bustle, making it wonderfully quiet.

Great place, great food, great service. Not cheap, but worth the money!

Update 2025: we are coming here yearly now for the 4th time. Had to adjust the review, because service and quality has deteriorated. Food was okay, although overcooked, but service was poor. It is not a cheap place so you expect an experience. Service was poor though. Seems no one really cared anymore. Pity how a place with great ambitions from the start becomes nothing special (other than overpriced).

Certainement une des meilleures tables de Ste Maxime, dans en endroit magique sous les platanes bien à l’abri de la circulation et du brouhaha de la foule
Nous avons mangé un poulpe grillé et des gambas également grillées avec un accompagnement composé de petites carottes à la vapeur, ainsi que des asperges accompagner d’une sauce délicieuse
Magnifique moment culinaire au cœur, même de Ste Maxime

The focus is on the presentation of the food rather than taste. Sauces were delicious, but the meats themselves were often overcooked or just okay. Delicious cocktails.

Price - quality wise the price is high while food is just avarage, not the best ratio.

Excellent service and ambiance.

Perfect Dinner Experience
During our trip, we dined at this restaurant twice, and both nights the food was exceptional. The beef steak was one of the best we've ever had. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, also to our two infants, making it very easy and comfortable to dine with them.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and a warm, family-friendly atmosphere!

SUPERB experience. The atmosphere is cool and chic, and the food is excellent. All the servers work very hard as the restaurant seems to be busy often.(Our server spoke English too.) It's a bit upscale but still relaxed with good music playing at a reasonable noise level. The iced tea mocktail was a pleasant surprise because it was so flavorful with citrus and mint with lots of ice. The fish crudo was outstanding. My husband enjoyed the scallops, and I had the fish of the day, which was sole. It was huge! See pics. We could have shared it. We got the chocolate mousse dessert and devoured it (despite it looking too good to eat). It's one of the best desserts we have had in France. If you like chocolate, you'll love it. Highly recommend making reservations. Many people walked up without reservations, and only some could be accommodated.

Très belle déco ...serveurs sympathiques ...hygiène impeccable .beau restaurant .! Mais côté Cuisine .. .menu à 28 € très décevant..!.cuisine très fade ... sans goût et vraiment pas copieuse.!!!! C était bien meilleur en 2024 !!!!

Il est dans la liste des endroits. Place to be. Une cuisine sans faute. Magnifique. Un service sans failles. Et la cerise sur le gâteau. : les cocktails. Un vrai barman ! We hebben hier met onze twee (jonge) kinderen geluncht, en we hebben ontzettend genoten! Voor de kids een lekkere pasta (die helemaal op ging - compliment aan de kok!) en voor ons een drie gangen lunch. Echt elk gerecht was verrukkelijk en verrassend! Heel vriendelijk en meedenkend personeel. Leuke en verzorgde ambiance!

Situé dans le centre piétonnier de Sainte-Maxime. Nous avons profité de l'agréable terrasse ombragée qui procure une fraîcheur bienvenue l'été. La formule midi était très bonne à un prix raisonnable et l'accueil sympathique.

Bonjour, plutôt déçu. Pas à la hauteur de la réputation de l'établissement. Menu à 24 euros type brasserie. Cuisine trop salée. Plat à la carte: saint pierre cuisiné basiquement. Pas typé provençal.
