They never have availability in the restaurant to eat even if you are staying in the hotel for 10 days, this is my second time asking for a table for one person when the restaurant is half empty before 9pm and the person in charge always answers there is no availability without making any effort of giving other options! So your supposed to go and eat to another hotel instead of having a priority to eat where you pay every night to stay? I had to go to my room to order room service, terrible service, they don’t have any priority for guests

Leur chauffeur ou plutôt chauffard en van avec écrit en gros Byblos est un inconscient fou.
Il m’a coupé la priorité et a manqué de me percuter alors que j’étais en scooter et m’a regardé avec un grand sourire . Les personnes sur place étaient choquées de son inconscience. Faites attention à ceux qui représentent votre établissement à l’extérieur cela compte aussi.

Third consecutive summer visit to Hotel Byblos... just when you thought it couldn't get any better.. it did. There were a number of small but significant improvements this year. Upgrades to the terrace, additional rooftop, Zuma on site and many others. Coupled with the incredible service and ambiance. All the staff were stellar per usual but a a special shout out to my dear new friend Laurent working hard while bussing tables. What a great service and just overall energy he provided.

I look forward to being back next year. Thank you!

This hotel exemplifies perfection! Perfectly located by St.Tropez village. Accommodations were perfect along with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I would highly recommend this hotel for a perfectly fabulous vacation!

This was my 2nd consecutive visit to byblos they have the worst front desk team I was there for one week in duplex suite during checkout day I was 20min late they entered my room(do not disturb sign was put on room) as all my luggage and locker was open they came took out my adapter left my phone uncharged and put the adaptor in mini bar cabinet and locked it,|Despite having booked my car from hotel to cannes. Extremely in welcoming front desk team.They give treatment like a motel never going back to byblos

We just spent 4 marvelous days/nights at the Byblos. Everything was just perfect. It is a smaller boutique establishment that is very intimate. The staff is super attentive and not at all pretentious. The Byblos must have one of the best ratio of # of staff per guests. The rooms are super comfy. The hotel is located a small walk from all that St TROPEZ has to offer. The pool is good and the hotel has its own beach club. We’re not big fans of beach clubs. We only went one day and had to pay 95 euros for each loungers. I will leave a less complimentary review for the beach club. We got nasty attitude from the wait staff at the beach club because we did not order drinks or food. I don’t drink and I am not a big fan of eating food in the sand. You’d think that paying 180 plus them asking for tips would be enough. We went to public beaches the other days we were there. The valet are very kind and ready with beach towel bags. We will be back

All aspects of this hotel are top quality from the staff to the rooms to the food. Extremely professional, yet authentically friendly and warm. This is one of our favorite hotels in the world. The ⛱️ beach is also exceptional and the lounge in the evening with live music ???? was most enjoyable.

Great Hotel and Breakfast. However, my experience at the spa left much to be desired. While I was using the sauna and hammam for about half an hour, two separate groups of fully streetwear-clad guests were shown inside—while I was lying there naked. This was extremely unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. A spa should prioritize guest privacy and maintain proper etiquette, especially in such sensitive areas.

One of the most incredible bad experience I’ve ever heard in Hotel. Try to check in the room wasn’t available. They tried to give us something else but charges $500 more it was in the basement then we want to do something that you have something else then they gave us another small room wanted to charge another $500 more. Absolutely incredible. We were waiting in the lobby for an hour to get a room and it never occurred to anyone to come and see us and talk to us. The director who was the most incredible on friendly person, his name is JEAN MARIE TRANCHER ||[email protected]||please avoid this hotel. It is something that you don’t wanna stay in. I’ve been traveling my whole entire life and it was beautiful hotels, but this service was beyond beyond beyond bad Fischer.

Wir waren speziell zur Eröffnung der neuen Skybar ins Hotel Byblos gekommen und waren von der Atmosphäre des fast schon mythischen Ortes hoch über Saint Tropez beeindruckt. Ja, es war ein ganz besonderer Augenblick mit dem Sonnenuntergang in der Ferne über dem Meer und toller Live-Musik; dazu excellente Cocktails, was will man mehr….|Das anschließende Essen im italienischen Restaurant Il Giardino vervollständigte unseren sehr positiven Gesamteindruck des Hauses.

Comme à chaque fois où nous revenons séjourner au Byblos, tout y est divin. C'est pour nous un endroit exceptionnel, absolument fabuleux. C'est la référence de Saint Tropez. Le personnel très attentionné a vraiment le sens du détail avec de jolies attentions mises en place à notre arrivée. Cela est très touchant, nous y sommes extrêmement sensibles. Le petit-déjeuner est fabuleux. Une mention spéciale au personnel du Spa Sisley qui a fait de notre séjour un moment suspendu lors d'un massage en duo exceptionnel. Nous avons hâte de revenir l'an prochain au Byblos...

Tous les ans nous allons 2 fois au Byblos, une fois fin Juin et une fois début Septembre C'est chaque fois une expérience unique. Le Byblos est à la fois un palace et un hôtel décontracté ou tout le monde se parle y compris avec le staff. On est loin des hôtels guindés et insupportable mais le service est toujours impeccable et tout est de très grande qualité. Mention spéciale à Guiseppe le concierge qui se met en quatre pour vous donner le meilleur service. Nous sommes impatients d'y retourner en 2025

This hotel is absolutely amazing!! It feels like a small boutique hotel with all of the services and amenities of a large hotel. The rooms and property are beautifully maintained! The staff is wonderful and will help with anything you may need! The spa is gorgeous! Fabulous location in the village and walkable to everything! Can’t wait to go back!!

The first thing that struck me was the warmth and friendliness of the front desk staff and manager. The check-in process was smooth and easy and we got a very courteous tour of the property. The room was absolutely beautful. I believe it was one of the rooms that was recently renovated. There was a lot of space and light and a nice balcony to sit on. The bathroom was huge with two separate sink areas, a large tub, and a towel warmer. The rain shower head was amazing. It seemed like they cleaned the rooms twice per day. The buffet breakfast was excellent, one of the best I've ever had. We did not use the pool. The hotel was walking distance to the town and all of the shopping and the port. There is valet parking and once we parked, we did not need the car for all 3 days. I recommend visiting the Citadel, which is across the street and up a small hill. The hotel gave us a restaurant for their restaurant on site, which was excellent. The fitness center was also excellent, with separate cardio and weight rooms. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Byblos.

I was so excited to stay a few days at this iconic hotel for my birthday and I had a terrible stay. I was given the choice of two rooms. One, I was told would be noisy, as it overlooked the restaurant and had a balcony. The other, did not have a balcony. I chose the quieter room... so I thought. Above the bed was a painting. Yet, behind that painting was a poorly insulated window. I had to listen to loud music from the restaurant coming in the window from above my bed while trying to sleep. It ended at 2am, but then there was a nearby club where I could hear men chanting (good for them, having a fun time, bad for me). Finally some peace at 4am, but then by 6am the trucks and motos were driving loudly up the road just outside of the hotel area. Earlier in the night, I had asked to switch rooms, but the room they offered for the same price was like a box with tiny windows. It was a downgrade. I didn't know that I wouldn't get peace after 2am. The only thing that can explain my terrible stay is poor management. They ruined my time in St. Tropez. I wish they had refunded me for that night of terrible rest.
