Super hôtel sur St Tropez. Accueil exceptionnel, service top. Je recommande. Nous avons eu affaire à Mazarine à la réception qui était très disponible et agréable. Nous reviendrons !

No A/C. Tiny shower, toilet and sink size of telephone booth. Don't get a room facing street-loud, bright, noisy, hot. Close to town but summer traffic on busiest of streets.

Posizione top. 2-3 building su cui sono disposte le camere. Parcheggio interno al giardino a pagamento. Sala colazioni e lobby inesistenti… camere piccole ma pulite e organizzate. Buon compromesso la scelta prevale su tutto per la posizione

Das Hotel ist ideal gelegen und erstreckt sich über 3 schöne Gebäude. Der Garten ist sehr hübsch, dort genossen wir unser tägliches Frühstück.
Die Zimmer sind leider ziemlich anders, als auf den Fotos online. Etwas schmudelig, klein und ebenso schauten wir auf die Strasse.
Das WLAN funktioniert sehr schlecht.
Der Poolbereich ist sehr heruntergekommen und dreckig, das enttäuschte uns sehr. Wir liegen gerne an der Sonne und baden und haben für diesen Preis eine schöne Poolarea erwartet.
Der Service ist freundlich, inkl. Putzpersonal. Dennoch sind die Angestellten am Wohlbefinden der Gäste nicht grossartig interessiert.

Une nuit parfaite dans un endroit magnifique!

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec le sourire et une grande gentillesse. Un petit souci avec la chambre a été réglé immédiatement.

La piscine est splendide, impossible de ne pas en profiter. L’hôtel est idéalement situé et le parking est vraiment pratique, ce qui est un vrai plus.

Un séjour sans faute, on reviendra avec grand plaisir ! Merci pour tout !

Un séjour exceptionnel !
Nous avons passé une nuit magnifique. Le personnel était extrêmement aimable et professionnel – un service irréprochable. Après une petite remarque concernant notre chambre, on nous a immédiatement proposé une autre, encore plus belle.

La piscine est tout simplement incroyable – un vrai bonheur. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait, et le parking est spacieux, pratique et facile d’accès.

En résumé : un excellent séjour, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Les chambres très propres mais sont très mal insonorisées|Pas de boisson dans le frigo mini bar en plein été|Pas de tel pour joindre la réception quand les voisins sont bruyants.|La responsable un peu autoritaire et rigide vous demande de libérer le parking le jour du départ à 13h, alors qu’à 16 h il reste 15 places dans le parking, qui au demeurant est le point fort de l’hôtel ( malgré la hauteur des bois qui délimitent les places et qui gênent l’ouverture des portières)|Tarif élevé , décalé du service proposé.

Had the best experience here. The property is quaint, cute, and sunny with garden and pool. Yes the rooms are small but it’s Europe. They were perfectly equipped. Our car broke down while there and the front desk managed all the communication given we don’t speak French. They couldn’t have been more helpful. I’d come back here in a second.

Calling this a 4-star hotel is like calling your drunk uncle a sommelier because he drinks boxed wine with his pinky out.||   •   Room so small my size 12.5 foot barely fit between the bed and wall on all sides. ||   •   Shower was a fixed position torture chamber.||   •   Towels stored in the room, not the bathroom—because obviously.||   •   No coffee in the room. No counter space. No sanity.||   •   Water on the bathroom floor formed a bigger pool than the one next to the parking lot.||   •   Party noise all night. I didn’t sleep, I just regretted. Add a non stop barking dog from a neighbor and small child. ||||Worst stay I’ve had in France in years. Wouldn’t wish it on my enemies.

On a adoré notre séjour à l’hôtel Lou Cagnard ! L’ambiance est super détendue et on se sent bien dès l’arrivée. Le personnel est vraiment sympa, accueillant et dispo sans être envahissant. La chambre était propre, jolie, et le lit super confortable. Le cadre est magnifique, au calme, parfait pour se reposer. Gros coup de cœur pour la piscine, très agréable après une journée de balade. Le petit dej est top : plein de choix et des produits frais. On a aussi aimé le style de l’hôtel, plein de charme et très typique. Franchement, c’est l’endroit idéal pour déconnecter. On reviendra sans hésiter !

Un endroit plein de charme et personnel convivial et accueillant. Nous avions réservé à la dernière minute et ils nous ont facilité les choses et nous a fait visiter les chambres disponibles avant de décider laquelle prendre. Propriétaire est sur place et à l’écoute des clients. Le chef réceptionniste et la réceptionniste sont très aimables. Localisation top top

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cet hôtel ! Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné. Toute l’équipe s’est montrée disponible et souriante du début à la fin. La chambre était impeccable, confortable et décorée avec goût.

Un geste que nous n’oublierons pas : l’hôtel nous a offert un cadeau,une délicate attention qui nous a profondément touchés. Ce genre de détail fait toute la différence et reflète l’attention portée aux clients.

Le service, les prestations tout était parfait. Nous repartons ravis

Hôtel idéalement placé dans un petit écrin de verdure à quelques minutes à pied de la place des Lices et du Port.
Personnel d’une grande gentillesse.
Petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet copieux et varié.
week-end à refaire très vite dans cet établissement qui est une belle surprise !

THIEVES! We purchased a 5k hotel room and because we weren't able to make it the day of check in, instead we were late by a day because of travel issues in which we told them about the night of check in, they acted like our reservation did not exist then IGNORED us. Only after we made an issue out of being ignored they only offered us one night out of our entire stay which was about 3 days. Then after we tried to get a refund they denied and stole our money. Disgusting management, disgusting hotel, disgusting customer service and disgusting experience.

Wow, what an awful hotel. I was so excited for a vacation of a lifetime and it was just absolutely ruined by this hotel. First they nickle and dime you on everything, you have to pay for parking, then when i got out there was not one door man to help me with my bags. So i carried all 3 of my 40 pound bags to the front. Then when i got to the desk the front desk personnel were so rude, i had to ask multiple times for someone to help check me in. They gave me the nastiest looks and scoffed at me. I just really wanted to get to my room after hours of travel. So ok i got to my room and i could literally hear the people next door having sex, i mean the walls were so paper thin that i could hear it all. Not to mention the sink in the room did not work and there was left over hair on the floor. Looks like this hotel has not been serviced in a few days. The room was disgusting and smelled like wet mold so much so that i had to ask the front desk to please come and clean it for me. I honestly wanted to leave the hotel, but i saw a review from a few months back that you wouldnt get a refund. Hm what does that tell you? That they trap you into this hotel and because you already spent so much you cannot get another hotel even if youre having a terrible experience. Avoid this crap hole at all cost. Penny penchers, rude, smelly and just nasty motel.
