Ein traumhafter Rückzugsort in Saint-Tropez

La Bastide de Saint-Tropez ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp für alle, die Luxus, Ruhe und südfranzösischen Charme suchen. Schon beim Betreten des Anwesens spürt man die Liebe zum Detail – vom gepflegten Garten über das elegante Interieur bis hin zum erstklassigen Service.

Unser Zimmer war stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bot einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Garten. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das aufmerksame Personal – stets freundlich, professionell und gleichzeitig angenehm unaufdringlich.

Das Frühstück war ein Genuss: frische Croissants, regionale Produkte und ein wunderschöner Platz auf der Terrasse. Auch das hauseigene Restaurant ist absolut empfehlenswert – kulinarisch auf höchstem Niveau!

Ein weiteres Highlight ist der herrliche Poolbereich, perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Tag im lebhaften Zentrum von Saint-Tropez, das übrigens bequem in wenigen Minuten erreichbar ist.

Wir kommen definitiv wieder – La Bastide ist ein Ort, an den man sich gerne erinnert und zu dem man immer wieder zurückkehren möchte.

Venue en week-end de détente, j’ai été conquise plus que je ne l’espérais. Les plats du chef italien sont magnifiques en vue et délicieux en bouche. Bravo à lui.???? L’équipe de serveur sont très aimables, souriant et très dévoué. Merci aux jeune serveur Yoan pour son sourire et services. Une bonne équipe, jeune et dynamique.
Toutes les équipes, cuisine, serveur, réceptionniste voiturier et personnel de chambre sont aux petits soins pour faire de votre séjour un moment inoubliable. Un grand merci à eux…

We stayed at this hotel for six nights and spent a considerable amount of money, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. While the setting is undeniably beautiful, the customer service was consistently poor. We were misled by staff at nearly every turn, and there was a clear lack of coordination and professionalism throughout our stay.||The food was both overpriced and subpar — truly disappointing for a property that markets itself as high-end. What was most frustrating, however, was the attitude of management. There was no sense of hospitality or appreciation for their guests. When you’re paying this kind of money, you expect not only quality but basic courtesy. Sadly, we encountered neither.||This could be a truly special destination, but until the staff and leadership understand what hospitality actually means, I would not recommend it.

The location is beautiful but the service is terrible. For the price point you are not getting what you paid for. From the over priced bland food to the rude management, I would recommend staying elsewhere.

Tout dépend ce que vous cherchez, mais la Bastide est notre hôtel préféré sur les deux dernières années… et nous en avons vus quelques-uns. Parfait en couple. Si vous ne cherchez pas à être vus, mais seulement à être confortable, dans un lieu magique, avec un service d’une gentillesse rare. C’est à ce point “juste” que les petits détails qu’on pourrait toujours relever n’ont aucune importance ! Nous, nous y retournerons, c’est sûr

Un magnifique dîner gastronomique à La Bastide de Saint-Tropez.|Le chef italien, originaire de la région du lac de Côme, dompte avec finesse les saveurs d’une cuisine contemporaine, à mi-chemin entre l’Italie et la Méditerranée.|L’équilibre des goûts, la maîtrise des cuissons et la présentation soignée des assiettes témoignent d’un grand savoir-faire.|Une adresse rare à Saint-Tropez, à découvrir absolument.

This is a difficult review because there is a lot to like about this hotel. Beautiful grounds, really first class personnel, delightful pool area and very good restaurant. Two problems for me were room sizes and location. I get that in St. Tropez space is at a premium, but I stayed in what was called a junior suite, and it really was just a small (actually very small) hotel room. The second problem was only minor. The location is a bit far from the town center. It is not walkable. There is a free shuttle, but with St. Tropez traffic it can take a while to pick you up.

Nous avons passé un séjour avec ma belle famille au début du mois de mai 2025, l’hôtel était très élégant. Mais quelle surprise de découvrir les chambres, malgré le fait qu’elles soient jolies, celles ci sont très mal insonorisées, pleine de vis à vis et les salle d’eau (pas de salle de bain) son minuscules même dans une chambre prestige à l’étage.

Les équipements sportifs sont en extérieur et non praticables quand il pleut, pas de salle…

La navette pour les transferts au centre de St tropez est nonobstant un très bon point.

Rapport qualité/prix décevant.

Un merveilleux week-end dans ce magnifique établissement.|Le personnel est accueillant et très attentif. La chambre d'un grand confort et d'une propreté impeccable. Le massage au spa a été la cerise sur le gâteau pour un détente absolue.|Tout à été parfait, de l'accueil jusqu'à départ. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

L'accueil est un point fort de cet hôtel. Tout le personnel est attentif, naturellement chaleureux, et devance les besoins des clients. Notre chambre nous a ravis : propreté impeccable, très belle salle de douche, bonne literie, et petit coin terrasse donnant sur la grande piscine chauffée. Un très bon petit déjeuner aussi, dans un beau cadre. La distance par rapport au centre de Saint-Tropez n'est pas du tout un inconvénient car on est très vite place des Lices à pied, et si l'on ne veut pas marcher il y a la navette.

Umgeben vom Grünen..sehr ruhig gelegen...vom Hafen ca.900 m entfernt...Strände alles in der Nähe...Klein und süss...sehr nett und aufmerksam...sehr ruhig..man wird von Vogel gezwitscher geweckt..Frühs vor den Frühstück in den Pool...sehr entspannend...schön ruhig...gelegen von den turbulenten St.Tropez...es macht Spaß durch die Gassen zu laufen...

Absolutely outstanding hotel.... from the moment we checked in the staff could not do more to make us feel special and cared for.... |Our room was so lovely and they were so attentive to all of our needs. We had a wonderful lunch and all of the staff are caring and engaging. The shuttle service is excellent and the entire hotel faultless.... luxury hospitality and caring staff who could not do enough to help and make our stay more special.|Cant wait to stay again - would noy stay anywhere else in St Tropez - sensational hotel!!!

If we could, we would grant more than 5 stars to this excellent, luxurious yet so relaxing and welcoming hotel. Staff goes a long way to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Excellent breakfast and lunch / dinner options, shuttle to town center, nice rooms with balcony / patio, and a super knowledgeable and helpful concierge and restaurant staff will make your St Tropez outings a true success. Congrats to the Managing Director (who was ever present to talk to the guests !) and his team for a truly magic experience !

I had dinner with my daughter here.

I can say that we were very impressed by this place. It is an oasis of elegance and refinement in the midst of the tourist madness of Saint Tropez.

The reception by the concierge was very warm. We came a few hours early to make the reservation and the lady was very kind to show us the seats and let us choose any seat we want to reserve a table for later.

You could feel the sophistication of this place.

The waiting time was very short. We would have waited for a lot longer because of how beautiful it was there and what kind of vibe it was.
I ate lobster with vegetables. It was fantastic. Congratulations to the chef.

We wanted to come to the pool as well, but from what I understand the hotel was full and it was not possible. Maybe next time.

We highly recommend a dinner and have a vacation here. It is a special experience.

Un cadre merveilleux laissez-vous, d’exception, tout est parfait, même la restauration, voiturier souriant,le service..l’accueil .. avec une piscine, entouré de palmiers et d’une cascade au cœur d’un jardin arboré , un endroit paisible pour se ressourcer.. Même pour un simple repas, j’ai adoré j’y retournerai dès que possible ❤️????

Mise à jour juillet 23 : Quel bonheur de revenir dans cet établissement. Une rénovation avec goût réussite en début d’année qui donne un nouveau souffle à cette institution tropezienne. L’équipe est toujours aussi agréable qu’à notre premier séjour, le petit déjeuner buffet est très réussit et complet (un régale). Le restaurant et son équipe nous ont permis de passer de succulent et super moment dans cet hôtel.
Agréablement situé au calme, il suffit de marcher 5 min pour retrouver la place des lices et son port. (Navette gratuite disponible pour les moins sportif).
Il nous tarde déjà de revenir l’année prochaine. Encore un grand merci à toute l’équipe. A très vite
