A zero.
First of all, I would like to raise a concern about the behavior of the hostesses at the entrance. Upon our arrival — just 10 minutes past the latest seating time — we were met with a cold and unwelcoming attitude. Instead of showing any flexibility or courtesy, they immediately told us we could not be seated, even though the restaurant was not full and we still had over an hour and a half before closing.
We kindly suggested that we could simply have drinks at the table, but this was also refused. We were told that we had to order food and that there wouldn’t be enough time — which clearly wasn’t the case.
The lack of warmth, the rigid attitude, and the refusal to accommodate in any way made us feel dismissed and unwelcome. It’s unfortunate, especially considering the expectations that come with such a well-regarded venue.
We left feeling not just disappointed, but disrespected. And rest assured, we will not be returning — nor recommending the experience to anyone else.

EXCEPTIONAL!! L’Opera has to be one of the most special dinner/party venues I’ve ever been too. The crowd, ambiance, music and food are all spectacular which made this experience w friends so special. Aim for a 10:30 pm seating and party till 3:00! And prepare your wallet.
