Atmosphere was very good with lighting and decorations well placed and thought through. They had a live DJ with appropriate music that kept the vibe very chic. However, the beef cheeks pasta was the most dry and tasteless I've ever eaten. Felt so utterly grossed out after the meal. The meat was not done right at all. Not to mention that at Dusk, there were lots of bees and flies that made the dining experience uncomfortable. The staff thoughtfully burned some incense and tried to keep the flies at bay, but that made the area smell arid. I guess its all part of summer vibes. Once is enough for me.

Que dire pour le restaurant Cucina du célèbre Palace Byblos, juste exceptionnel ! La nourriture est excellente, l’atmosphère est grandiose et l’équipe est d’une bienveillance et d’un professionnalisme hors-pair. Le cadre est juste magnifique qui nous transfère directement en Italie. Les pizza sont raffiner et plus que goûteux. En conclusion, je dirais que c’est plus qu’un coup de cœur sur les restaurants de St Tropez !!! ????????
