This is a restaurant with the best Pavlova dessert I have ever had in my life, which I definely recommend you to try if you are in Excelsior. However, this restaurant has a very average service (nearly poor service): table wasn’t served and wasn’t even cleaned after the previous visitors, waiters were not coming for 15 minutes to provide a menu and when one of them finally came, he chatted with some other waiter (or just someone whom he knows) while taking the order, etc. Atmosphere is very average, nothing special. If I recommend this place it’s only to try Pavlova dessert (which is also quite expensive as for the dessert, comparing to other restaurants in Saint Raphael. 13.5 eur).

It IS excellent. Very nice reception with kind People the room was large enough and the Bath clean. The dinner At restaurant was exceptional.
