Tout était très bien.

Hôtel bien situé, à proximité de la gare, de la gare routière et du port, idéal pour des excursions dans toutes les directions. Le studio est fonctionnel, avec une kitchenette bien équipée, parfait pour les longs séjours. Les viennoiseries du petit-déjeuner sont bonnes, mais trop copieuses pour profiter pleinement des autres collations.

This hotel looks great online and has a convenient location, but unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating.
We stayed for 3 nights, and from the moment we arrived, we encountered multiple serious issues:
???? No hot water – We had to take cold showers for two days due to a technical problem.
???? Horrible smell – The bathroom drain emitted a strong, foul odor (similar to vomit), and the air conditioning system spread the smell into the room.
???? Leaking ceiling light – Water started dripping from a ceiling light, raising major electrical safety concerns (220V and water should never mix).
???? Very small room & noise – The room was tiny, poorly insulated, and we could hear our neighbors coughing through the walls.
To make matters worse, the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t move us for the first two nights. Only on the third night were we relocated to a room that was actually decent.
The front desk staff, especially one helpful lady, did her best and remained polite, but had no authority to truly resolve the issues.
Despite filing a formal complaint with the hotel manager, we received no refund, no compensation, and no commercial gesture whatsoever. This showed a total lack of customer service and accountability.
Until this hotel seriously improves its maintenance, safety, and management practices, I do not recommend staying here.
