the service is terrible ,the staff is unprofessional and apart the view from the rooms nothing works!
honestly it's really not recommended at all if you kie service and food!

I am a bit conflicted about this review because we did had a good time, albeit with some trouble. The hotel property is amazing, the location is 20/10, with a amazing sea pool, beach club & water. They have kayaks, paddels etc, all 10/10. The problem is the service is 4 stars at best and the food is quite bad. We were hungry the whole time, and we even had to force ourselves to go out of the hotel to try to find some decent food. The pool menu is one of the worst we’ve seen - don’t expect to find any of the regular items you see at any beach club like burgers, fries etc, instead they have a salad & focaccia menu only. And even the salads are terrible, melon & prosciutto etc. So don’t expect to be able to eat at the pool. The regular restaurants has 4-5 choices, but closes quite early at 2pm, so you can’t really eat anything between 2pm-7pm. Lastly, expect to order 4-5 plates to try to find one decent enough to eat. Even a basic steak / frites was so bad, we couldn’t finish the steak (wagyu beef, but so badly prepared it tasted boiled not seared). Breakfast is mediocre at best, even a simple omelette had no taste. I think if you want to go, stay 1-2 nights max, enjoy the water and thats it.

Rooms also need a bit more decoration but are fine - bathroom is the biggest issue and we took the largest room possible for 2 guests.

A perfect experience. The location and the view is exceptional. Staff is always kind and helpful. Restaurants and the bar make you feel very welcome.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la nouvelle aile de l’hôtel. Les chambres sont vraiment belles, la décoration est soignée. La vue est particulièrement agréable, même depuis le lit, ce qui rend l’expérience rare et précieuse. Les espaces sont bien aménagés, le personnel est poli, et nous avons trouvé l’hôtel très propre et bien entretenu. Le ménage des chambres est impeccable. Nous avons bien aimé les livres à disposition dans la chambre sur les alentours et les richesse de la ville
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Un spot exceptionnel… gâché par un service inexistant

Le cadre est absolument magnifique, rien à dire : le lieu est unique, l’environnement est splendide et le potentiel est réel. Malheureusement, tout le reste ne suit pas.

Le service est inexistant ou franchement incompétent. Aucun sens de l’accueil, aucune attention, aucune gestion digne de ce nom. La directrice et son adjointe donnent l’impression d’être complètement dépassées (voire carrément incompétentes ! ), ce qui est d’autant plus regrettable vu les prix pratiqués.

On nous a même fait payer les transats, alors que nous étions clients pour 4 nuits. Aucun geste, aucune considération.

La nourriture, quant à elle, est tout simplement mauvaise, sans saveur ni soin.

Le seul rayon de soleil pendant ce séjour : Roxanne, la concierge, professionnelle, chaleureuse et vraiment à la hauteur. Merci à elle d’avoir relevé le niveau du service, car sans elle, l’expérience aurait été un désastre total.

En résumé : un lieu sublime, mais un établissement mal géré, avec un service décevant et une cuisine indigne de ce cadre.

The setting is absolutely beautiful — no doubt about that. But sadly, the rest doesn’t live up to it.

The service is either nonexistent or poorly managed. The manager and her assistant seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful, and despite staying 4 nights, we were still charged for sunbeds — which is unacceptable at this price point.

The food was bland and disappointing.

The only bright spot: Roxanne, the concierge, who was kind, professional, and truly helpful. She was the only one who made us feel welcome.

A gorgeous spot, but badly run. Such a shame.
