I find this situation completely unacceptable. The staff’s mistake in losing my jacket and then refusing to compensate its true value is shocking, especially from a hotel of such prestige. The director of the hotel should be ashamed of how this was handled. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

L'ensemble de l'hotel est peut être qualifié de calme, luxe et volupté. Tout le personnel est souriant, agréable et au petit soin.
L'espace de restauration avec la vue est particulièrement époustouflant de beauté et de bon goût. L'esprit de l'hotel est intime, exclusif et tranquillisant. Cela se ressent et c'est particulièrement appréciable.

The villas are charming, though modest in size—don’t expect a spacious summer house. Most are built over two levels. In my case, the pool level was not well maintained and didn’t meet the standards one might expect at this price point.
The staff at the villa were attentive and well-mannered, though it seemed there was a shortage of personnel, which affected the overall service.
I also dined at the grill restaurant. Aside from the truly stunning views, I found it underwhelming. The menu was limited, the service discreet to the point of being forgettable, and the standard of English could certainly be improved—surprising for a restaurant that claims to cater to international guests. Overall, it fell short of what one would expect from a venue positioned as high-end.
L’accueil était très bien, l’emplacement superbe, au calme mais pas très loin des plages et de Saint Tropez si on veut bouger. Nous avons séjourné dans la Suite Riviera qui est juste incroyable, les espaces extérieurs, la suite en elle-même, la décoration, la superficie, les installations tout était au top et très moderne. L’endroit parfait pour se détendre. Le petit déjeuner face à la mer pour bien commencer la journée, très bien aussi.
