Don’t stay here unless you have no other option. The rooms are old with even older bathroom. My room was dirty with plenty hair from previous people on the bathroom floor. I arrived late at night and let them know immediately. Although it was promised to be cleaned in the morning, I found the same hair still to be there the next evening when I came back to my room. The woman I was in touch with was nice and apologetic but its insane for $300 per night to have such an awful room. The whole room also smelled like toilet/sewage and I’m glad I only had to stay a few nights. Will definitely never come back. One of the worst places I have ever stayed. Also didn’t feel save as a woman with people going in & out all throughout the night with no front desk or anything like that.

C’est la deuxième année de suite que je choisis cet hôtel pour mon séjour à Saint-Tropez.
Emplacement idéal en plein centre du village de Ramatuelle.
Les deux réceptionnistes sont gentilles serviables et très agréables .
Très belle terrasse avec vue panoramique pour prendre le petit déjeuner; malheureusement gâché par la présence de nombreuses guêpes.
Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle .
Des bouteilles d’eau sans fournies quotidiennement.
Propre . Le ménage est fait tous les jours. Les serviettes sont remplacés quotidiennement et les produits d’hygiène approvisionnés.
Très bon rapport qualité prix pour la période estivale et la région . Je recommande malgré certaines choses à améliorer : ce serait bien d’avoir un frigo dans la chambre ou bien un frigo proche de la réception pour mettre des articles au frais. C’est dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de service bar et qu’on ne peut pas profiter de la terrasse toute la journée. L’hôtel a beaucoup de potentiel mais malheureusement pas complètement exploités

We had the loveliest stay at this gorgeous Hotel with our little cat :)
The welcome was very charming, we enjoyed a welcome drink and little pattiseries on the terrace whilst our luggage was brought to the room, where, as a very pleasant surprise we got a room upgrade!
The staff was beyond lovely and very helpful and caring, really excellent!
The room is gorgeous with a beautiful view over the village, hills and you can see even the sea; in case the chamber doesn’t have a view you can enjoy the same from the terrace. Moreover, the location in the village is great.
And the breakfast is good, too :)

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour , Laura et Chloé sont parfaites , toujours très prevenantes et aux petits soins.
Le cadre est magnifique, les chambres mériteraient un petit rajeunissement côté déco pour donner plus de charme .
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir , l hotel reste une petite structure, ce qui nous correspond .

Expérience horrible, À FUIR ABSOLUMENT !
Un accueil déplorable et un personnel visiblement peu qualifié pour ce métier.
Personnel qui manque de respect, peut-être serait-il préférable de changer de métier.
Nous avons payé une somme importante pour une chambre sale, infestée de nuisibles.
Très décevant ! Plus jamais !

Ein wunderbar gelegenes Hotel am oberen Ortsausgang von Ramatuelle mit einem tollen Blick über die Hügel bis zum Meer und zum Leuchtturm von Cap Camarat.
Man sollte auf jeden Fall ein Zimmer mit Meerblick buchen. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber sauber. Unser Bad war klein, aber in Ordnung. Das Team vom Hotel kümmert sich um Empfang und Frühstück aus einer Hand und ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Restaurant wird zurzeit nicht bewirtschaftet, schade bei der top Lage, aber andererseits ist es dadurch abends natürlich schön ruhig. Alles in allem empfehlenswert!

Un hôtel merveilleusement situé à l’extrémité supérieure de Ramatuelle avec une vue magnifique sur les collines jusqu’à la mer et le phare du Cap Camarat.
Vous devez absolument réserver une chambre avec vue sur la mer. Les chambres sont simples mais propres. Notre salle de bain était petite mais bien. L’équipe de l’hôtel s’occupe de la réception et du petit-déjeuner d’un seul tenant et est très sympathique et courtoise. Le restaurant n’est actuellement pas géré, dommage avec l’emplacement de choix, mais d’un autre côté, il est bien sûr agréable et calme le soir. Dans l’ensemble, recommandé !

Bel hôtel avec une superbe piscine.
Je conseille le homard au restaurant.
Le personnel est serviable et tres sympathique.

Just avoid at all costs. The rooms are dirty with food under & around the bed and other peoples hair all over the furniture, the pictures advertised are not the same rooms that they have. Not worth the money at all! We also found a cockroach under the pillow. Additionally the guy at reception is extremely rude and first says they can’t change the room because our room is dirty, then cannot change because it’s full. I’ve been with booking for a long time and have VIP and this has never happened before. We also paid for high speed Wi-Fi, but when we arrive we were told it doesn’t exist and that internet is the same across all rooms.

The most impressive feature of this hotel was the excellent service from all the staff. They were all so attentive and helpful, and constantly wanted to make us happy, especially at breakfast. The included breakfast was more impressive than the menu on the hotel's web site suggests.||The hotel is at the one of the highest points in Ramatuelle, and therefore has amazing views over the rest of the town and also of the sea. Except at breakfast, you will need an east-facing room to enjoy these views, so it's worth paying a little more for this, otherwise the west-facing rooms overlook the car park. Parking at the hotel is always easy and free, which could not be said of the rest of the town where demand for parking noticeably exceeds supply.||Although the rooms don't have minibars or any other form of fridge, the upside of this is that the helpful staff put guests' drinks into the hotel's fridge and freezer. Every time we went to the beach, we took our frozen bottles of water from the hotel's freezer, which remained the perfect temperature to drink from in the summer heat. The hotel also leaves two small bottles of Evian in the rooms each day, which was a nice touch.||Upon arrival, the hotel staff give out a list of restaurants in the town and Saint Tropez, of which there are plenty within a short walk. It's a shame that the hotel's own restaurant was closed for dinner, which the hotel staff explained was because there are plans to renovate the hotel soon.||The hotel has recently added air conditioning, which is quiet and works very effectively. On some nights, we didn't need it as the silent overhead fan was sufficient. The beds are comfortable and allow a good night's sleep.||An example of the excellent service was that I was expecting a letter at the hotel in the post, which was delayed and arrived the day after we left. Not only did the hotel send it on to my home address, but they had the foresight to use recorded delivery. This was an impressive decision, because the letter subsequently was significantly delayed, and therefore I was able to track it.||The only urgent improvement would be to fix the wifi by inexpensively adding more access points and removing the browser-based login which blocks the connection and requires re-authentication several times per day.

Perfect location, with a breathtaking view. In 10 minutes you can reach everything by car (both beaches on Pampelonne and St. tropez). Basic but comfortable rooms, air conditioning, very friendly and accommodating staff. The best thing is the breakfast in the morning.

Sehr charmantes älteres Hotel (Ü+Frühstück möglich) mit liebevollen, renovierten, aber wunderbar „altmodischen „ Zimmern. Alles tipptopp sauber. Die Lage und die Aussicht auf den Golf von St Tropez sind einmalig! Die Dame des Hauses und die restliche équipe des Hotels sind wunderbar und sympathisch! Klare Empfehlung!

I stayed here with my partner recently, the location is great.
We were offered an upgrade with an early check in with all of our needs met, the service was amazing and the gentleman on reception went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as good as possible.
Lovely balcony to enjoy breakfast with great views from our room!

Très belle découverte, dans un hôtel hors du temps, loin des standards de l hôtellerie de masse.
Chambre avec vue sur mer, le panorama est magnifique... chambre décorée avec goût. Cadre romantique.

Un bel hôtel à découvrir loin des standards des chaînes d hôtellerie actuelles.
Vous serez au sommet de ce beau village et si vous optez pour une chambre avec une belle vue alors vous ne serez pas déçu !!!

Je vais commencer par les points positifs, ça sera vite fait…|- La vue de la terrasse|- Le matelas|- le petit déjeuner |- L’accueil||Le reste n’est malheureusement pas terrible…||L’épaisseur des murs laisse à penser que l’architecte devait avoir un prix sur le papier à cigarette… Vous entendez le client de la chambre voisine se gratter les pieds…||La salle de bain est faite pour un hobbit!.. mais un petit hobbit…||La propreté n’est pas au niveau.||Mais le top du top, le pompon sur la cerise du Gateau, c’est une chambre sans climatisation avec un pauvre ventilateur au plafond qui essaye du mieux qu’il peut il est vrai, de donner un semblant d’air brassé dans la chambre….||Bref, au tarif payé, vous aurez certainement une chambre au top ailleurs dans les environs…

C’est tout bonnement honteux, je suis venu en famille et qu’elle fut notre surprise de découvrir que l’hôtel était dépourvu de climatisation alors qu’il fait 40 degré à l’extérieur mais ça n’est pas fini la douche est dégueu, l’hôtel est insalubre et les chambres Premium à 300€ là nuit elles sont juste répugnantes, à fuir

Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is simple, and sure the bathrooms could use some renovation but overall it all felt very clean, comfortable and well taken care of.
The staff was especially friendly and the breakfast terrace is very pleasant. The only thing is that we felt the sounds from the hallway are heard too much in the rooms but other than that would definitely recommend it

Zimmer sehr klein, Badezimmer quasi nicht vorhanden, von der Minidusche raus steht man im Zimmer. Klimaanlage ist ein Deckenventilator. Toll ist die Aussicht und das umfangreiche Frühstück.

Super repas en terrasse

Très jolie terrasse et acceuil chaleureux. Les tarifs sont cependant un peu élevés par rapport au confort de la chambre (toute petite salle d'eau, genoux dans le mur lorsque l'on s'installe au toilette, ...)

très belle vue sur la mer, chambre, propre, petit déjeuner avec un large choix, tout était parfait

Nous sommes fin Septembre, voyageons avec 2 bébés et nous nous sommes vu refuser l’accès. On nous a dit qu’il y avait soi disant trop de monde mais seulement 6 couverts.
Un poil discriminant, non ?

Ont vous accueille avec le sourire . La carte des plats est généreuse.
