Er is weinig interesse in welzijn klant. Klacht krijgt geen opvolging. Gevoel dat klacht niet serieus wordt behandeld, waardoor gevoel van onvrede ontstaat.

Per il prezzo dell'alloggio, dovrebbe essere compreso nella cifra il wifi e la pulizia e cambio degli asciugamani tutti i giorni. I ristoranti dovrebbero essere attrezzati con più piatti adatti ai bambini, per permettere ai genitori di poter uscire a cena con meno fatica. La colazione costa troppo rispetto a quello che viene offerto.

La posizione e' splendida ma la struttura avrebbe bisogno di qualche ammodernamento i bungalow sono ormai datati .Avremmo apprezzato maggior coinvolgimento da parte dello staff ADO.Inoltre sarebbe carino avere un deposito sdraio in spiaggia non e' possibile trasportare tutti i giorni le sdraio. Staff di yoga e fitness ottimi professionisti.

tout était parfait, sauf la literie du canapé dans le séjour prévu pour des enfants ( meme ma fille avait du mal a y dormir car matelas beaucoup trop fin), les animations du club ados était un peu légère depuis qu'il y a la piscine...............vivement l'été prochain
