Struttura discreta ! Soggiorno piacevole ! valutazione complessiva bassa :
decisamente da migliorare l’accoglienza
3 persone di cui 2 sembrano statue di cera ...e nessuna parlava una parola di italiano...eppure in loco è presente Sergio ...un ragazzo romano a cui faccio i complimenti per il tempo che ci ha dedicato...ma nessuna delle impiegate si è preoccupata di chiamarlo...! la mia piccola conoscenza d’inglese e il successivo aiuto di Sergio mi ha chiarito le idee !!!suggerisco di insegnare in reception che quando si ha disponibile un valore aggiunto (nel vostro caso Sergio) ...bisogna utilizzarlo senza indugio !

Très bel emplacement, le cadre est maginifique et très propre, l'accueil au top. juste un petit reproche les bungalows sont trop proches les uns des autres , dés qu'une personne parle sur sa terrasse tout le monde entend

Magique Toison
Dans un cadre magnifique bordé par la majestueuse baie de Pampelonne, la Toison d’or est un havre de quiétude et de douceur. Partout un accueil chaleureux à l’arrivee(accueil secrétariat et Philippe), à la crêperie, à la supérette.. Petit et gros bémol, le responsable de l’animation sportive et l’animateur pour les cours du matin de gym zen, peu professionnels , voire inexistants. Par contre un grand bravo aux deux maîtres nageurs qui assurent la surveillance et les cours d’aquagym, sérieux et professionnels. On reviendra en espérant une meilleure animation sportive terrestre.

Animations
Il est profondément regrettable qu'il n'y ait plus d'animations le soir. C'est un vide énorme. Le nouveau restaurant en bord de plage est trop chic, trop cher et peu fréquenté. Il n'y a aucune ambiance musicale alors que les années précédentes le public prenait beaucoup de plaisir à danser.. la situation actuelle est dommageable pour la joie des vacanciers. Hélas hélas

My stay at Toison d Or
I thought we were pretty well off but you would need to be a millionaire to stay here and enjoy yourselves. We missed the charm of the old beach restaurants they have been replaced by what look like boxes, and the prices are extortionate!.
To hire two sun beds from the nearest restaurant was €53 per day!!!! Robbery.
You have spoilt the charm for monetary gain, shame on you.

Bello ma non vale i soldi spesi.
Il posto e' molto bello. Un finto spartano con capanne africane. Personale molto gentike e disponibile. L'alloggio non e' lussuoso e la pulizia interna molto scarsa. Camere minuscole. Supermarket molto fornito ma eccessivamente caro come tutto il resto a saint tropez. Idem creperia/pizzeria. 12.50 una pizza margherita al tavolo. 6 euro una bottiglia di acqua san pellegrino.
Abbiamo avuto un disguido con la lezione di acquagym l ultimo giorno: la ragazza addetta aveva mal di schiena e la lezione semplicemente non era piu prevista. In un 4 stelle inaccettabile non aver pensato a un'alternativa anche perche' la stessa ragazza era l addetta in piscina e impossibilitata a muoversi in caso di necessita' e pericolo in acqua. Se si sta male inutile venire al lavoro per fare la bella statuina. Ci si fa sostituire. Fatto presente alla concierge e dopo varie insistenze hanno chiamato un animatore per l acquagym ma lezione fatta con 30 min di ritardo e molto piu corta del previsto (sarebbe dovuta durare 45 min e ne sara' durati 20). La ragazza "immobile" rimasta tutto il giorno a mezzo servizio a rischio e pericolo degli utenti. Questa cosa mi ha fatto molto scadere l organizzazione. Col prezzo che si paga non devono accadere queste cose. Tutto deve essere perfetto e devono provvedere ad avere sostituti senza che sia il cliente a farlo notare e arrabbiarsi. Alloggio troppo soartano e sporco.

Ein toller Aufenthalt! Lage super optimal! Leider fehlt ein Outdoor Spielplatz für Kinder (eine Rutsche und Schaukel, Wippe etc.). Sauberkeit der Terrasse leider nicht so gut.

Es fehlt ein Multisport auf dem Platz. Die Matratze im Bungalow war zu hart. Leider konnten wir das neue strandlokal nicht mehr testen, da es erst e8nen Tag vor unserer Abreise geöffnet hat. Es machte aber einen sehr guten Eindruck.

Eine super Unterkunft mit der besten Lage zum Strand! Die Vegetation auf derAnlage ist liebevoll angerichtet, paradiesisch! Eine kleine ruhige Oase! Wir kommen seit 6 Jahren!
Wünschen allerdings würde ich mir, das am Strand Mülleimer aufgestellt werden, damit der ein oder andere vielleicht eher animiert wird seine Umwelt sauber zu halten!
Gut finde ich auch, das immer wieder investiert wird und Hütten renoviert werden!

Lage und Mobile Homes super.
Spülmaschine in allen Mobile Homes wre wichtig - wir hatten eine :-) hätten aber sonst an Strand gekonnt.

Toisandor, ist eine Reise wert , aber man sollte bei der Buchung auf die Details achten !!!
- öffentliche Sanitär Bereich, sehr spartanisch
- Hütte ist sauber , aber es gibt keine staumöglichkeiten, man lebt aus Koffern, als Familie echt schwierig

Des végétaux à profusion qui rendent le cadre paradisiaque.
Manque des activités pour les ados (17 ans), 2/3 boutiques (maillot de bains, souvenirs par exemple) et la piscine est prise pour des activités et peu dispo pour s y baigner.
Un séjour d une semaine au top
