Hatten einen wirklich fantastischen Tisch im Sand. Leider waren die Kalbskoteletts grau und zerkocht. Mir ist nicht mal klar, warum die nicht gebraten kommen - wie überall - aber sie zerfielen grau auf dem Teller. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir kurz vor Schluss der Lunch-Zeit kamen. Aber dann sagt man sowas und dann ist es auch kein Problem. Aber abgestandenes Essen serviert zu bekommen ist keine gute Art.
Die ständig wechselnden Kellner waren freundlich aber dennoch nicht besonders sympathisch. Als ich dann beim Bezahlen für diesen leichten, schnellen und eben nicht besonders tollen Lunch "nur" 18€ Tip gab, wurde die Kellnerin wortkarg und ging ohne ein weiteres Wort.
Nicht besonders schön, dieses Intermezzo.

We went to the cafe to eat lunch, we have been coming for many many years. Just really disappointing what happened as we had a lovely time and meal as usual. Then the bill came and the waiter asked ‘ would you like to add a tip? ‘ which we thought was alittle strange as in France tips are included in the service charge. He then carried on to say yes we split the cost so for example I would only get 30 p etc. So we decided to be nice and give a tip even though we didn’t understand service charge not being included. Then upon paying and receiving the receipt it said printed (in French) service charge included !!!! So this waiter who thought we were just tourists and didn’t think we can read and understand French had tried to make us pay more thinking he would get away with it.
We didn’t mention anything to him / going to let it slide but honestly this is just awful taking advantage of tourists like that.. we were really disappointed and shocked.
