Très mauvaise expérience pour le restaurant UP. Nous avons commandé deux salades césar à 24 euros chacune. De la salade qui semblait sortir d'un sachet, des rondelles DE POULET RECONSTITUE (!), quelques croûtons, des feuilles de parmesan, tout cela quasiment sans sauce. Voilà c'est tout pour la salade à 24 euros. Du vol manifeste. Un restaurant en déclin. Et on ne parle pas du service approximatif (mais sympathique tout de même).

Amazing location with great potential, unfortunately the refurbishment of the room was made using poor quality materials. We nevertheless enjoyed very much our stay due to the perfect surroundings, gardens, swimming pool, paddel areas, lost in the middle of the vineyards and olive trees.

Super nice and cosy hotel. Rooms are very spacious and furnished in a modern way.

Pool area is huge compared to the amount of rooms. Worth a visit when you‘re in the south of Provence before going to busy St Tropez

With our plane ride home unexpectedly cancelled and two additional nights in France ahead of us, I found UP on the Hilton app and it did not disappoint! We stayed for two nights in July and got to enjoy the pool, food by the pool, and dinner at the restaurant.

What a special place! A beautiful property, welcoming and helpful staff, wonderful food and even better wine. The rooms were so comfortable and they really made our two nights so special. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Ein traumhafter Ort um vom stressigen Alltag runter zu kommen und zu entspannen. Es ist himmlisch ruhig dort! Die Einrichtung ist sehr einladend und alles im super Zustand und sehr sauber! Das Bett sehr bequem. Eher hochpreisig aber für den zuvorkommenden Service, das leckere Essen und den hervorragenden Weinen allemal Wert.

The room has probably the most bugs (dead or alive) I’ve ever seen. As soon as I entered the room, I noticed all types of bugs on the floor, on the wall and on the ceiling. Most of them are dead or moved slowly, which made me wonder if the hotel has used some bug treatment. I spent about 20mins to kill most of the bugs I could see, but there were still some left on the ceiling, which were too high for me to reach.||Now if you wonder why I didn't call the hotel to sort the issue, there was only one person at the hotel by the time we checked in and he didn’t speak English. I don’t even think he’s a reception, instead he’s probably a security guard whose only job was to give us the key. Despite the fact that he doesn’t speak English and we had some misunderstanding over deposit/room charge, he was very friendly and nice. But he had no idea how things work at the room: when I entered the room, all light switches didn’t work, he was trying to call his manager to ask about it and I found the electricity control for the entire room was off and turned it on.||||In short, the quality of service and room cleanness was definitely not a SLH level hotel. Based on all the other reviews, I would tend to believe maybe this is just an one-off instance but I’m telling you what I experienced and you can decide yourself.

Flott sted i vakre omgivelser. Jeg har vært innom noen ganger før for å spise lunch, men aldri overnattet, så ingen store overraskelser. Hyggelig og service minded staff, men særlig lunch restauranten virket underbemannet. Generelt er maten et stykke under average, ganske smakløs og lite spennende mat. Vi fikk servert brød med mugg på ved siden av maten. Det må være ganske enkelt å kunne skaffe ferskt brød hver eneste dag…

Cela faisait longtemps que je n’avais pas passé un aussi beau séjour à l’hôtel. Ultimate Provence porte bien son nom : tout, de l’accueil aux installations, en passant par la cuisine et le cadre, frôle la perfection.||||Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins, l’ambiance paisible, et le domaine, niché au milieu des vignes, offre une vraie parenthèse hors du temps. Chaque plat que nous avons dégusté était un délice, joliment présenté, savoureux et à un prix très raisonnable. Et que dire du vin… une vraie pépite !||||Le seul petit bémol concerne la chambre « Studio avec douche ». La description mentionnait une vue jardin, et nous nous attendions à une belle fenêtre pour en profiter. Mais la pièce ne disposait que d’une petite ouverture en hauteur, ce qui donnait une impression un peu renfermée. Rien de grave, mais c’est bon à savoir si vous recherchez un hébergement avec vue.||||Malgré cela, l’expérience globale reste exceptionnelle. Nous avons quitté cet endroit ressourcés, détendus, et avec une seule envie : revenir mais avec une chambre plus haut de gamme pour profiter plus pleinement d’une belle vue sur les vignes. ||

j'ai tenté d'effectuer une réservation pour ma femme et moi, j'ai appelle la réception et à mon grand étonnement cet établissement n'est pas accessible PMR en 2025 je trouve cela fou tout simplement, je trouve ca dommage car non accessible de ne pas pouvoir profiter de ce bel endroit,

We enjoyed our stay at UP. There were a few issues such as a sewage smell (but I think they were trying to fix it). Unfortunately it happened during our two days there. Otherwise the staff, food, breakfast, pool, and location is wonderful. We enjoyed the calm of the area.

We wanted a quiet, idyllic location in Provence and UP seems to fit the bill! The vast common areas are tastefully designed, and my room with terrace was spacious and well-equipped. Great overall service and particularly grateful for the very responsive housekeeping. Pool area was beautiful.

Un lieu reposant alliant luxe et simplicité.
Merci au personnel de leur amabilité et de leur grande gentillesse.
Le +: La visite du domaine et son histoire, la dégustation est vraiment à faire, on a senti la passion du métier et surtout merci pour la gentillesse et le bon moment que l’on a pu partager.
Le restaurant a su répondre à nos attentes. Excellent du cocktail au dessert. Le petit déjeuner était complet et très bon.
Belle découverte et nous reviendrons sans hésiter

The hotel is in a very quiet location surrounded by forests and vineyards. We arrived early and were able to drop our bags off and enjoy the pool until our room was ready. The grounds are well maintained and everything was clean. We booked the classic room, which was small but nicely decorated and had comfy beds. The bathroom and shower door were a bit stuck and hard to open/close, but other than that it was beautiful. We were especially happy with the service we received, from check-in to the pool service and the wine tour with Maxime (don't know if the spelling's correct), everybody was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend to book to the wine tour, as you get a tour of the estate and they teach you about their wine production with a wine tasting at the end. Dinner in the restaurant was OK but nothing special. We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Morning time cleaning lady was so loud she did everything that to wake up people around that’s so un respectful, also I forgot my electric toothbrush and no one call me to give it back !

We had a beautiful and relaxing stay at Ultimate Provence. After spending a few days in Nice, it was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some peaceful moments. The service was exceptionally friendly—especially Jacques, the heart and soul of the pool area. He was incredibly attentive and made us feel truly cared for. The facilities were excellent, and even with other guests around, we still felt like we had our own private space.

Top expérience ! Nous sommes venus nous détendre avec ma compagne pour mon anniversaire dans ce décor d’exception. Éloignés de la ville, entourés de nature le combo parfait pour passer bon moment.
L’assistant maître d’hôtel Florian saura également faire de ce moment un moment encore plus privilégié; il est toujours au petit soin !
N’hésitez pas à demander Maxime qui vous expliquera bien en détail toutes les particularités du vin Ultimate et de ce magnifique domaine!

J'ai assisté à un mariage début octobre, la restauration était en dessous de tout (type cantine) plat sans présentation ni saveur, le menu servi n'avait rien à voir avec celui que les mariés avaient décidé 6 mois avant avec l'ancien chef. Plats jetés sur les tables par les 2 pauvres serveurs bien seul pour 80 personnes. Pièce montée désastreuse des simples chouquettes farcies de chantilly sans saveur avec de la nougatine dure à se casser les dents... café non servi ( un oubli des serveurs). L'impression que le chef a improvisé un menu de dernière minute avec ce qu'il avait dans la réserve. Les chambres disposent d'une bonne literie mais c'est le seul point positif, moisissures dans les joints de carrelage de la douche, porte coulissante sortie du rail, réveil au levé du jour car les rideaux sont très peu occultant..
Le seul point positif le petit déjeuner buffet copieux et produits frais et variés (facile peu de préparation en cuisine )
Établissement qui ne vaut pas du tout ses 4 étoiles, beaucoup trop de points négatifs dans l'ensemble des prestations.
Dommage car l'établissement est dans un bel endroit calme au milieu des vignes.
