The restaurant is niceIy located in a beautiful palm tree garden. In general the staff is friendly but not very attentive and seems a bit disorganised. No server is assigned to a specific table, hence, no one feels responsible. It took almost an hour before the first bites arrived. Bread was offered to us only once (unlike other tables), olive oil was offered when we had almost finished the (not very freshly tasting) bread. Compared to other Michelin star restaurants we also found the food a bit disappointing. No special flavours that we will remember or particularly enjoyed. For us not worth the money nor a Michelin star.

I didn't like the presence of too many childrens very unpolite in the garden e swimming pool and also the noise product from two persons adults that was playing rackets during the day in the garden of chateau. I book your location for nature and because usually is very quiet. Last years there were less family with children.

The place beautiful as always. But I didn't like the food at all. Sorry. Is just I don't like this cain of food so processed and manipulated. I also the texture and visual impact for me was disgusting. I am sorry this is what a felt and no thinking of coming back. The service was very nice and friendly. But for me is to expensive for having some food so out of my taste. But thank you for your efforts

Among checking in (and we had four rooms) no one cared to explain to us the hotel serivices or amenities.. though the front desk tried to find some restaurant bookings for us they failed in helping us send a DHL parcel..
When my family swam in the indroor pool they were instructed to get out as no children were allowed (though no sign indicated so) the next day some children were swimming and they were allowed because they were the owner’s family. Paying customers are treated differently..
beautiful landscape but this hotel needs a lots more to have repeated customers..
