Chambre impeccable avec balcon et vue sur la mer. Nous avons passé une semaine à l’hôtel, avec les repas inclus (déjeuner et souper).
Le déjeuner est un peu redondant car c’est toujours le même buffet, mais le souper était excellent chaque soir. Les serveurs sont rapides et aimables – un gros merci à Ethan, toujours présent, attentif, efficace et super gentil. Ce mec est parfait. ????
Le room service était correct, parfois pas 100% nickel, mais propre dans l’ensemble et très discret.

L’emplacement peut être un peu embêtant sans voiture : le service de bus est très limité, surtout la fin de semaine. Mais les trajets ne sont pas chers (pass semaine abordable). Comptez environ 45 minutes pour aller au centre-ville de Hyères, et 2h pour Saint-Tropez. La plage est possible à pied.

La clientèle est plutôt âgée, donc parfait pour familles ou retraités. Mais pour nous, jeunes de 25 ans… un peu trop calme ????

Waren 5 Nächte dort. Büfett für den Preis nicht gut genug. Zimmer und Hotel im allgemeinen leichte Reparaturen nötig. Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Würde ich nicht nochmal Buchen.

No bottled water, kettle, coffee making facilities or refrigerator were in the rooms. Sure, tap water is potable in France, but for the amount charged, the hotel is overpriced for the spartan amenities provided. Also, no dental kit or other toilet amenities were provided other than shower gel (no shampoo) and handwash. The pump on the shower gel bottle was not working so we had to unscrew it, put it aside, and pour the shower gel directly into our palms. The towels had stains. Pillows were all flat and had to be folded over themselves to provide support. There was also no shower curtain, and water that was supposed to stay in the shower cubicle splashed onto the rest of the bathroom floor.

The check-in process was unnecessarily long. The staff asked for our passports then also asked for our names, which she could have simply read from the passports. She proceeded to give us only one key card per room (we booked three rooms for our family), but as we had two occupants per room, we requested for two key cards per room. After activating the second batch of key cards and passing them to us, she asked for them back to double-check that she had encoded them for the whole duration of our stay instead of just one night, and that took time because the computer was slow. However, on our second day, one of the key cards failed and had to be reactivated.

The elevators are tiny. One of the two elevators remained out of service for the entire duration of our stay. Most of the time, we decided to just take the stairs instead.

The front desk is also not manned 24/7. For an enquiry we approached the front desk at night, we were told to call a [night watchman] and waited while he came to attend to us.

The plus point about this hotel is that it has an indoor swimming pool, and an outdoor man-made "lake". It is also right across from the beach.
