Chambres propres et jolies, piscine très agréable. Pas loin de saint Tropez en voiture et au calme.

Cheap mattresses, paper thin walls combined with doors that doesn't close tight makes deep sleep impossible. Overall this is a basic property next to a busy road which noise is constantly present inside the room due to lack of sound proofing.
I assume, because of the location close to Saint Tropez, the property is a must for the 'party' crowd arriving home at 3am Monday morning, talking loud and taking no courtesy whatsoever.
If I was in the age range of 18-25 I would pay a maximum of €150 pr room pr night. The €500 I paid, is a joke and an insult.
With some 170 nights pr year spent in hotels I am inclined to rate this among the top 3 biggest scams. I do like a good nights sleep and I don't mind paying a premium, but this 'hotel' doesn't do it for me.
The extra star is for the very friendly service. Otherwise it would have been a one star experience. At least I managed to sleep 2h from 1-3am ????
