在这家具有巴黎小餐馆氛围的餐厅里，有一个鱼类和海鲜工作台（直接从牡蛎养殖者和生产商那里运来），从简单的菜单到最精致的菜肴，一切都是自家制作的：三文鱼盘和它的烤面包，鱼盘中的肉汤。菜单由每天的菜单完成，并根据市场情况提出建议。每周五的海鲜自助餐（每人1/2只龙虾、牡蛎、大虾、螃蟹、贻贝、杏仁......）非常受欢迎，普罗旺斯酱油也是如此。不容错过。

I have been at this restaurant before. Food is OK, but today I was told by one waitress to sit at a table and them next waitress came and forced me to move -in a very rude way…
I order the meny of the day. It takes 58 minutes before I get the maincourse…
The plate arrives without knife and fork, and the new waiter tells me (in a rude way) to pick up knife&fork from another table…
When I finally get the main course it has very little resemböance with blanquette de veau. I would call this casserole de veau avec salty pasta.

Nous y avons très bien mangé, un menu équilibré d'un bon rapport qualité prix. L'équipe est sympathique et attentionnée. Une adresse à retenir.

Côté cuisine, j’ai été bluffé. La cave à viande est incroyable, avec des pièces maturées d’une qualité qu’on voit rarement. Chaque bouchée était un vrai plaisir. Et alors… la bourrie de Raffaelloise ! Un pur délice. Fondante, gourmande, généreuse – honnêtement, c’est l’une des meilleures que j’ai mangées dans la région.
Un grand bravo à l’équipe pour cette belle transformation, tant dans l’assiette que dans l’atmosphère. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !
