Whilst I enjoyed the stay and pitch, location, would need to change the booking in and out system to antiquated for my liking! The staff were rude apart from 3 ! No toilet paper or soap anywhere !

WC ohne Klobrille, Papier und Seife geht heutzutage und vor allem bei dem Preis gar nicht. Die Damen an der Rezeption sollten sich in punkto Freundlichkeit mal an der Bedienung im Restaurant orientieren.

Next time I will book in advance. Only bad plots were available but we still stayed 10 days because it is a good camping with a nice beach. Advise is not to camp near the busy road which is noisy 24/7

Supercamping en ligging
Onze plek lag helaas naast stinkende putten dit jaar 2023. Dat vonden wij wel vervelend. We hopen volgend jaar 2024 op een andere mooie plek te kunnen staan.

de verwerking van personen in het reserveringssysteem is hopeloos. ik heb in totaal bijna 3 uur wachtend in de rij op de receptie doorgebracht. ik heb van tevoren geboekt al mijn gegevens behalve het kenteken van mijn camper doorgegeven en toch vragen jullie opnieuw ter verwerking in jullie res.systeem al deze gegevens. Dit kost nodeloos tijd. dat geeft ergernis bij uw medewerkers en bij uw gasten.. met collegiale groeten, gerard cobussen van camping duin en strand.

Das man nur 10 Tage reservieren kann finde Ich nicht gut. Dort wo die ankommenden Camper stehen und einchecken sollte man ein Schild aufstellen wo darauf steht das man den Motor abstellt. Ist sehr nervig wenn die stehen und warten bis Sie dran sind. Ist schon störend.

Die Dame an der Rezeption war nicht sehr freundlich und fokussiert. Sie hat sich immer ablenken lassen und überall mitgesprochen. Das Checkin dauerte deshalb sehr lange.
Die Reinigungsfrauen waren sehr freundlich und immer guter Laune. :-)

the location of the campsite is just perfect. The sanitary facilities reduce the overall rating a little. A lot of chemicals and outdated furnishings are the two points here.
Very friendly staff, who were always helpful to us. We will use the site again for future holidays.

A lovely stay at CDLP
For so many, this is their happy place. So many friends made over the years and time to spend reading, sitting on the beach, watching the evening sun and sometimes wonderful firework displays. The staff are helpful and efficient. I look forward to it every year

Un séjour agréable mais trop bruyant
C’est un camping très agréable pour beaucoup de raison (bord de plage, dimension des emplacements, nombre de sanitaires propre, resto, supérette). Mais le gros problème est le bruit de la route qui rend les nuits pénibles surtout en tente ou en van avec les aérations ouvertes. Dommage !

Trop d’attente à la réception.J’ai vu une personne faire la queue 1H pour bénéficier de son emplacement qu’il avait réservé.
1H d’attente également pour moi pour régler un problème de trop payé
Je trouverai judicieux de faire un accueil pour les nouveaux arrivés et un accueil pour les problèmes à régler pour ceux qui sont déjà installés au camping.
Et pourquoi ne pas faire payer tout le monde à l’arrivée,ce qui éviterait un deuxième passage à l’accueil au départ.
Malgré l’afflux,le personnel de l’accueil reste agréable.
Le personnel à vélo est très disponible,sympathique,soucieux de nous offrir un bon séjour en réglant les problèmes divers

Auf Grund eines Missverständnissen haben wir den Platz nicht rechtzeitig geräumt. Mehr Unverschämtheit vom Personal geht nicht. Sind praktisch vom Platz geflogen und mussten Abends den Platz verlassen. Das Angebot draußen zu übernachten wurde abgelehnt. Also sind wir losgefahren und haben außerhalb übernachtet, wo uns am Standplatz, während wir beim Essen war Wohnwagen und Auto aufgebrochen wurde. Schaden ca. 2500 Eur. Vielen Dank auch. Wir waren nicht das erste Mal da, aber wir werden sicher nicht mehr kommen. Allerdings glaube ich nicht, dass das jemanden interessieren wird.
