Overall, the campsite is in a superb location, right on the beach, which made for a very relaxing and scenic stay. The restaurant food was good, and the venue was clean, again boasting that fantastic beachfront setting. The on-site shop was also well-stocked, which was convenient.
There are great cycle routes available in both directions, perfect for exploring the surrounding area.
However, there were a few downsides worth mentioning:
The pitches on the east side (beachside), particularly around Allee De Topaze, were in need of attention.
The nearby toilet block was very outdated and clearly in need of refurbishment.
There weren’t many showers available, and on several occasions, they were being used by beach sellers.
There was also a noticeable lack of fresh water taps in the area, which was inconvenient.
With some maintenance and improvements to the facilities, especially on the east side, this site could be outstanding.
