Ich war in vielen verschiedenen Restaurants in Bandol und das hier macht mit Abstand das beste Essen. Das Fleisch war unglaublich zart. In den meisten anderen Restaurants konnte man das Fleisch kaum kauen. Ganz klare Empfehlung!

Fine dining without being overly pompous.
I’m not sure if it’s fair calling Le Shardana a hidden gem but I’m for sure ever grateful that we’ve found this amazing restaurant.
They featured a simple menu with 3 options each for starter, main, and dessert. There were no bad options, every course and every dish was perfect.
Seemingly there was only the head chef and the waitress running the show but they still managed to mesmerise 8 or so tables of people like clockwork. There was great attention to detail, everything was beautifully presented and the flavours were exceptional.
I’d wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
