My friend and I arrived at this hotel at night. We were not allowed in, there was no one at the reception, the support line said that there was no booking. Although everything had been paid for a few days before through Booking. We had to pay for the room again to avoid staying on the street at night.
In the morning, the employees refused to investigate the situation and refund the money and told us to "leave them alone" in a direct text.
During this period, while we were trying to solve the problem with the accommodation, there were people with a similar problem to ours. And those who had been there often said that such problems were constant.

PAR CONTRE LES FENETRES SONT TRES MAL ISOLEES, le couloir sentais le vomis et rentrait l'odeur dans la chambre
