Le lieu est magnifique et le couvent a été restauré tout en conservant son authenticité. Le personnel est particulièrement avenant et professionnel avec cette petite touche de cordialité supplémentaire qui fait la différence...

Centipedes in the breakfast room, in the corridors, on the balcony and even in the room.
The whole hotel is in bad condition and in urgent need of renovation
The hotel is by far no longer in the 4star category
The stuff is very friendly but not really managed.

J'ai apprécié le panorama, l'architecture, la situation (à l'écart de la ville sans être véritablement éloigné), le calme, le personnel accueillant, disponible et serviable... et de changer des standards : Novotel, Mercure ....
