Travelling with our 3 month old baby I Booked this hotel for 3 nights as we love the area and have been multiple times. The hotel looked pleasant on it's website but upon arrival those photos lied! Our room #28 disgusting! Dead insects on the floor, mould and mildew in the bathroom, windows that hadn't been cleaned in years and a general state of disrepair and untidiness about the buildings. Potential guests beware this hotel IS NOT WORTHY of it's 4 star category. Max 2 stars in my opinion and potential guests beware! Bring bucket loads of mosquito repellent as this place literally SUCKS
To top it all when I reached out to reception explaining our displeasure and complaints and requested a cancellation and refund for 2 unused nights. They refused! So now have a credit note for 800 euros for a place I have absolutely no desire to return to!
So zero stars for an awful hotel experience and a lousy customer service!!!
Lovely helpful staff
The rooms are large, bright and nicely decorated.
There are several horses and you can attend free horse shows.
Cadre idéal pour passer quelques jours au calme et proche des Saintes.
Personnel au petit soin.
