Wunderbarer Poolbereich und erstklassiger Service. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück überblickbar. Die Lage für Ausflüge sehr gut. Das Dinner im (Gourmet-)Restaurant erfüllte unsere (dem Preisniveau angepasste) Erwartung nicht: In der Foie Gras fanden wir noch ein Stück Plastik und das Kalbskotelett war sehr sehnig und dadurch zäh.

Super hotel restaurant. J'y suis aller pour manger, et j'ai trouvé le lieu magnifique, très bien entretenu, avec des plats extrêmement bons et bien présenter.
Le personnelle est agréable, ils sont largement à la hauteur du standing attendu.
Je recommande.

A lovely small hotel in a great setting. Rooms arranged around a very nice pool with an infinity edge onto a small etang. Stables for [white] horses which graze on adjoining fields abut the hotel building. The level of service from all of the staff is self-consciously high with managers openly and frequently (but always pleasantly) guiding and pointing junior staff on their attention to detail.

Our room was a junior suite and was comfortable, well maintained with a spacious bathroom and private garden. Sitting around the pool or in the hot tub or the outdoor lounge area overlooking the etang with a cool drink are pleasant ways to spend an afternoon. Sitting on the stone flagged terrace by the pool, a lovely place for breakfast. Saint Marie is a busy sea side beach town about ten minutes drive away with a huge array of bars and restaurants and even an arena for bullfights.

The sole criticism, and really it's not a huge one, is that perhaps the chef who was on duty during our stay is not quite at a level or quality commensurate with the rest of the hotel nor, to be blunt, the price on the menu. The food is fine. There is nothing offensive. But in an hotel described as five star and with the levels of service and amenity it offers, the menu and food are a little uninspired and uninspiring. Still a lovely place for a relaxing and luxury break. A genuine top line chef would be the icing the cake deserves.

Très bien situé mais le ménage et l'entretien de la terrasse ne sont pas dignes d'un 5 étoiles.
Le cadre est idyllique, vous pourrez prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec une vue magnifique.

Très bel endroit, nous nous sommes arrêtés uniquement pour dîner le dimanche, accueil et service au top, très bon repas également, un établissement qui sait prendre soin de ses clients, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison tellement la gentillesse était au RDV, en plus un magnifique arc en ciel face à la piscine nous attendait dans ce paysage idyllique, nous recommandons le restaurant de l estelle en camargue

Cadre agréable, nous avons passé une très bonne soirée ,le personnel est très accueillant et très gentil. Le repas était un pur délice de l'entrée jusqu'au dessert.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le restaurant. Le cadre, avec la possibilité de déjeuner en terrasse en face de la piscine et de l'étang, en cette mi-octobre, est un véritable enchantement. Le service était parfait, le personnel (7 différentes personnes pour notre table!) est jeune, bien encadré, compétent et très souriant. Les plats et leur accompagnement (huîtres, turbot, foie gras, poisson du jour, brownie avec son coulis) étaient savoureux.
L'addition est acceptable compte-tenu de la très grande qualité offerte.

Un établissement de charme qui propose seulement une 20aine de chambres (d'où l’ambiance « maison d’hôtes ») réparties face à un petit marais, toutes de plein pied avec jardin privatif. Décoration raffinée, style provençal. Beaux espaces communs avec grande piscine chauffée et jacuzzi où l’on peut se relaxer en regardant passer les vols de flamants roses...
Personnel charmant et aux petits soins.
Très bon restaurant sur place.
Une très belle adresse pour se faire un petit plaisir en amoureux.
