La gentillesse de l'accueil, la proximité du centre ville et la beauté du jardin intérieur sur lequel donnent les chambres avec terrasse. La fontaine d'eau fraîche et la citronnade mise à disposition des clients sont vraiment des petits plus très appréciés.

Beautiful hotel in tranquil gardens of fig trees with an easy walk into the centre of Saint Remy.||We had a lovely stay for a week and were made very welcome by Armelle and her team. ||The breakfast was excellent with local ingredients and the pool area was very welcome after a day exploring Provence.

I can't say enough good things about this establishment. We stayed here for five days and had such a peaceful and comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious every day, with everything homemade or local. The garden is so pretty and unique. I also really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. The woman who checked us in even helped me when I couldn't find reverse in my rental car. That's going above and beyond her job description! We recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Provence.

We stayed at Hotel Sous les Figuiers for 4 nights and we really enjoyed it. Very nice location, a few steps from the historical centre. All rooms are on ground floor, large with a nice bathroom and very quiet. A beautiful garden and the Breakfast Buffet was pretty good.

Tolles kleines Hotel in super Lage nach St Remy de P.

Sehr schöner Garten, toller Pool, jedes Zimmer hat eine eigene ruhige Terrasse + Parkplatz.

Wir konnten heute sehr unkompliziert eine Nacht spontan verlängern.

Tolles Team und gutes Frühstück.

Wir kommen wieder…..????????

A Hidden Gem in Provence – Peaceful, Personal, and Perfect

I stayed at Hotel Sous les Figuiers for four nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome — they were warm, helpful, and always available for a friendly chat or a recommendation. It felt much more personal than staying at a large hotel, which added a special charm to the whole stay.

The location is also perfect — just a short and pleasant walk from charming shops, cafés, and excellent restaurants, making it easy to enjoy the best of the area without needing to drive.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Each morning began with a delicious buffet breakfast — everything was fresh, and I especially appreciated the coffee machine for a quiet morning start.

The hotel is set back on a private, gated property, which adds to the sense of tranquility and security. The tall gate is locked at night, but guests are given a code and key, so you can come and go as you please. There’s a beautiful pool, and to my delight, a few adorable cats roaming the grounds, adding even more character to the place.

The staff also went above and beyond by helping us with restaurant reservations and local tips. It’s rare to find a place that combines this level of service with such a peaceful, intimate atmosphere. I would stay here again without hesitation — truly one of the most relaxing and enjoyable hotels I’ve ever visited.

This small family run hotel in Saint Remy de province is very rustic. We arrived late in the evening around 10 pm and the front desk was closed at that time, but they had made arrangements for us to receive our room keys. The hotel has a private car park to the front, which is also where there is a small pool for guests to use. The rooms are arranged around the garden area to the back of the hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy with a strong French feel, air conditioning is available but no fridge. The bathroom is small with a rustic walk in shower. The good size double bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of storage area, a coffee maker, with outside seating you can just relax and unwind.
The hotel had a good wifi signal.
Breakfast is served in the main building a selection of local meats and cheese along with patisserie.
It is just a short walk to the local shops and bars. I would stay here again, hopefully for longer next time.

Beautiful small hotel 5 mins walk from centre of St Remy de Provence
The rooms are very well appointed and most have their own private veranda with table and chairs and other seating
The breakfasts are really very good
There are some lovely touches such as the constant supply of free iced water and homemade lemonade
The staff are very friendly and everything is kept very clean
We would be very happy to return and cannot recommend this hotel and its staff team highly enough

직원분이 매우 친절하고 영어 가능하셔서 좋았고, 작은 리조트에 와 있는 것과 같이 정원을 보며 테라스에서 시간을 보내기 좋았습니다. 룸컨디션도 좋았습니다. 냉장고는 없지만 정수기가 있어서 불편하진 않았습니다 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

What wonderful and comfortable place to stay. Staff were exceptional and helpful and the pool was great in the late afternoon sun. Room was very comfortable and breakfast was great to start the day on the terrace.

First, Saint Remy is the perfect location for touring Provence. You can get to almost anywhere in under an hour. The town has plenty of restaurants while still having a small village feel.||||The hotel... they almost always come out to great you as you drive or walk up, always enquiring about our day and offering advice on other things to do and see. We asked for help with reservations and finding a gym and the amount of information and assistance would make google jealous. ||||The property has a courtyard that is just beautiful and comfortable. The rooms face the courtyard, and all have a patio to take it in. We sat out there every morning and every evening. I truly did not want to give this up. The rooms are nice with a great shower and the ac works very well. ||||We are already planning our return.

Highly recommend this charming hotel. The setting is lovely, with spacious, comfortable rooms. The courtyard is filled with fragrant flowers, and it's in a wonderful location that's an easy stroll from the town center. The staff were very welcoming, and breakfast each morning was one of the highlights of the day! We truly enjoyed our stay, and the hotel really added to the delight of visiting Provence.

This is a stunning property under the fig trees. The grounds are truly beautiful. Breakfast was perfect and we loved the pool. The staff are warm and welcoming. We had space but also a sense of privacy from other guests. We will stay here again!

This is an ideal place to stay in Provence. It has a wonderful location just steps from the central part of Saint-Remy. The rooms are large and comfortable with a large porch under the lovely smelling fig trees. Good air conditioning. The breakfast was lovely with coffee made to order by the cheerful and friendly staff and to be enjoyed alongside William, the friendly orange cat. By the end of our trip I had no regrets about staying in Saint Remy. There was no other city or town I would have preferred to stay in. The surrounding area and Les Alpilles were beautiful and Saint-Remy is small enough to be pleasant to walk and large enough to have a choice of restaurants and shops.

We had asked for a shower and that request was accommodated. I couldn’t find any photos when I booked so I am including now. It was quite comfortable. Hot and good water pressure.
