the location, design, cleanliness, service, rooms... everything was more than perfect. i would definitely give a hundred stars if i could. : ) but the reception staff, gaspard and camille, needs a special mention: they were kindest, most helpful and most qualified people i have ever met. <3 hotel de tourrel is very lucky to have them.

Probably one of the most expressive 1* experience during the last years. All textures and flavors where exactly into the target. The new Austrian cook expressed himself into perfection.
In addition the nice service and the wonderful wine menu with many local expressive wines lead into the amazing experience.
Me, as a experienced German gourmet guest, would definitely recommend this wonderful gastronomic place.

Mais l’adjectif se révèle insuffisant pour qualifier la raffinement sans luxe ostentatoire de ce lieu hors du temps.
La chambre numéro 7 était la bonne pioche avec sa terrasse donnant sur les toits de saint Rémy.
On applaudit des deux mains tout en regrettant de ne pas en avoir quatre.
